Bollywood Style Quest and Bindi Collection Mission

A new 11 day Friday Quest has been released in tandem with a Collection Mission.  The traditional Quest sequence is entitled 'Bollywood Style'.  The reward for the Bindi Collection Mission is a new Stove House Recipe.

New premium Decorations in Special Sales with Mermaid theme: Mermaid Princess, The Prince, Shell Background.  These are the Decorations that always are included as Theme Decorations in the Farm Beauty Contest and usually are worth more votes than others.  Note here that the Shell Background is paired with a Guava Tree and 22 RC.  The Guava Tree is one of the premium trees needed to complete the Bollywood Quest.  The Linden Tree needed to complete the Collection Mission is paired with an old Decoration in the form of the Sand Bottle and 4 RC... this probably will be a theme decoration as well when the next Contest is active.  The other premium Tree that is needed for the Quest is the Ice Tree and that is paired with the Sand Bucket and Shovel Decoration and 12 RC.  It no doubt will be a Theme decoration as well.  These are opportunities to obtain necessary items at a discount if you can afford to spend the cash.

Amazon Coins

My own preference is to purchase any premium items using Amazon Coins as you can obtain a fairly substantial discount when you purchase the Coins from Amazon.  The price of the coins changes daily, however, so you need to be aware of the discount for that day.  Buying more Coins gives a better rate, of course.  Originally, I hesitated to purchase the larger amounts of Coins, but in the end, it really is a better strategy if you do spend money on the game.  The Coins never expire.  I prefer to play the game itself on IOS for the most part, but it is useful to have the Kindle not only as a back-up, as sometimes new options appear faster on one platform than on another, but primarily in order to be able to use Amazon Coins for purchases.

Strategy Tip:

One of the tasks requires fishing with a rod, so do not cast a Net if you wish to complete the Quest quickly.  You can open all of your Pet Chests, however, as well as completing the Daily Order Board without fear... these do not feature in this Quest sequence.

Note that both the Linden Tree, the Guava Tree and the Ice Tree are available with other items in the current special sales offers.

Another suggestion:  The Kitchen Dishes included in this Quest require a tremendous amount of Honey.  Although you can grow Clover for Beehive collections in half an hour to make more Honey, it might be a good idea to send Honey to your Neighbours for the next day or two.  Low level players are hard-pressed to make enough Honey for these Missions recently.

Another tip:  Always complete the Collection Mission even if you cannot complete the traditional Quest sequence.  The Reward for the Collection Mission may become available in the Market once the Quest expires but you will have to pay RC for it.

Another point that should be made:  the final Reward is a Decoration that gives a Purple Gift Box when cleaned.  In this case, it is an adorable one, but if you need to choose between the Cooking Stand and the Mission, complete the Cooking Stand NOW while you still have a few days to do so as the Spring Sheep Decoration gives a better Gift Box when cleaned.  You have 11 days to complete this Quest... the Cooking Stand Contest will expire sooner.
