Photo Studio Activity April

I am not writing a walkthrough.  The rules have not changed and you can access earlier walkthroughs if in doubt.

I will list the rewards and the generators here.

I suggest if you engage at all that you purchase the VIP Pass.   I feel there is no point putting in all the graft if you do not receive all the rewards that count
as follows:
VIP Pass Rewards:
Lv 4: 4 Star Card
Lv 7: 5 Star Card
Lv 19: 5 Star Red Card
Lv. 20: Easter Badger (Animal)
Lv 25: Wreath Easter Duck (Red Gift Box when cleaned)

Free Rewards:
Lv 5: Rabbit Easter Egg
Lv 7: 3 Star Card
Lv 8: Easter Badger Avatar
Lv 19: 5 Star Card
Lv 20: Easter Clouds Avatar Frame
Lv 25: Greedy Easter Bunny (Blue Gift Box)

Generators:
Lv 1: Grocery Basket
  Makes Chocolate Treats
Lv 2: Small Pantry:
Makes Chocolate Treats and Easter Bread
Lv 4: Easter Egg Storage
  Makes Easter Eggs
Lv 4: Deluxe Easter Egg Pot
Created by merging Easter Eggs and is a temporary Generator that will make a total of 20 items if using 1 Energy for each until it disappears; generates Easter Chicks

Lv 6: Toy Cart
  Generates Easter Plush Lambs

Lv 8: 1st Recipe
Easter Workbench:
Chocolate Caramel Bun + Hatching Chick = Eggshell Carriage

Lv 10: Medium Easter Egg Bucket makes same items

4th Order has appeared

At Level 12, the Handicraft Storage Cup generates unlocked.  It produces Easter Balloon Crafts.

Power Boosts:

1st Power Boost unlocked at Level 7. 2 Stamina instead of 1 required when it is active.  Tap Purple button to the left of Stamina bar.

Strategies and Tips:

Note that you will activate the Double Point temporary bonus only if your Energy is low and only after reaching a specific level.

If I have a low Energy total, I try to anticipate the Double Pount Bonus by making as many high level items as possible, then setting up the Orders without filling them until the Bonus kicks in.

Remember that Stamina that appears on the map can be merged.

I store the highest level items in thw backpack to use when needed, leaving more open squares on the map.

I recommend using a Deluxe Easter Egg Pot temporary generator until only 1 item remains and then placing it in front of all others.  When you receive an Order for it, the first one on the map is taken.

Current Farm Beauty Contest Rules

Note from Freyashawk:  I appreciate every neighbour who votes for my farm.  Unfietunately the rules have changed.  Please try to send your votes as soon after reset as you can.  There is a limit daily now of 100 neighbour votes, but if I miss the total even once even by 1 vote, there is no way to make up the difference.  I know it is frustrating to be told I reacjed the maximum, but if you do not try and I do not reach that total each day, I will be out of the running.

I wrote about this before but a neighbour asked that I do it again.

The ordinary Rewards are obtained with vote totals.  Significant rewards first are for  a total of 4000 for a Seaside decoration and second, 6000 for an Avatar.

In the Farm Beauty menu, there are more rewards in the form of farm aids and purple mystron.  Tap on the '1' icon to claim them.   It is interesting that there is no time limit for collecting any of them.

So there are two different types of 'wins'.  One is determined by vote totals.  The other is determined by rank.

For rank, these are the new rules in theory but the results either are very defective or dishonest.

First, the chances of being in the top 100 are not high.

To even try to reach the top, you need the following:

Maximum NPC votes from Day 1;
The maximum of 100 votes from neighbours every single day.

There will be a number of farmers world wide who achieve this.  They will be tied in terms of their vote totals with the total of 9856 votes at the end of the contest.

What then determines the rank?  It is the Landscape Point total shown on the first screenshot taken for the contest.

Do not confuse this requirement for rank with the requirement from the 4 characters who 'give votes for beautiful paths with high landscape points'.  That requirement is fairly low.

It sounds simple but the reality is skewed.  The top three farms had actual lower landscape point totals than other farmers in the top 20.

How did they get the top three slots?  Well, when the final points were counted, their farms showed impossibly high landscape point totals initially.  Whatever AI was counting and deternining winners accepted these impossible totals but then their landscape point totals were almost immediately changed to the real ones that were not the highest by any means.  I asked Support to investigate.  I first  repeated the rules and was told that was correct.  For a week, they sent messages asking me to be patient.  A few hours before the new contest began, they told me I needed to show 'solid proof' and that they had found nothing wrong.

What kind of response is that?  Any farmer can see the 100 farms that rank in the top 100 and actually visit their farms at the point where the first contest screenshot was taken.  So what more solid proof is needed?  Every one could see the winners were not the top farms in terms of landscape point totals.  So why are they allowing these farms to win sgain and again?

To give farmers a clear example of what is needed for maximum votes from the 4 characters for landscape point totaks and expansions, I asked my cousin to share screenshots from her farm.  At Level 60, she has only 8 votes out of 18 for high level farm, but without ever expanding to the 32 x 32 farm, she has the maximum of 16/16 for 'big farms' and with only 2,355 Landscape Points, she has the maximum for 'beautiful paths with high landscape points'.

Thanks to my cousin for sharing this data.
Her global rank now is 74,779 by the way but she lost major interest in this game long ago and although she logs in daily and tries to help her Community a little, she is no longer a truly dedicated farmer.  She usually will earn the Decoration but not the avatar.

Guardians of Azuma Site

This is a very honest game with an ethical philosophy and incredible beauty, a world that offers honest rewards for honest labour.  It has seen me through a time when grief and loss have outweighed joy, and where physical pain has been increasing steadily.  This game offers another life if you choose to make one, with a loving partner and children even.  It is a farming game but it is a game where you restore balance to a universe that became too greedy and stripped the land of its power and life force.

There are villages for each of the four seasons.  Spring is filled with exquisite sakura blossoms.  Summer has the seaside and a volcano.  Autumn fearures the red maple leaves of Jaoan.  Winter has gorgeous white-capped mountains and frozen watwrfalls.  And then there is the Underworld with the  civilisation of the oni, and the Heavenly Kingdom, prustine and clean... and then there are islands afloat in the skies.

There is spiritual wisdom.
There is friendship.
There is romance.
There is humour.
There is exploration.
There is healing for the heart.

The concept of a 'free game' may be attractive but nothing in this life is truly free.  You may pay for the cartridge but YOU then own the game.

And believe me, it is well worth the investment.
