All Cleanable Decorations with their Rewards and Charm Values

Last updated on 15 September 2017

I have a post that gives ALL the Bases with all Decorations that can be stacked on each.   Here is the link:

Decorations 101, all Bases and their Stackable Decorations

Since I first created this post, there have been a couple of significant changes in the game.  The first is the Clean Ticket option that allows your Pet to visit up to 20 Farms in a 'Batch', bringing back Gift Boxes and other rewards.  The time it takes depends on the number of farms visited.  The rewards are based on the actual Cleanable Decorations and whether or not there are Dishes to be consumed on the Cooking Stand at the time of the visit.

Another small change is a new Island Blue Box.  This may be associated with some of the Decorations you can obtain after you reach Level 150.  It definitely is associated with one Decoration sold in a special sale recently in the form of the lovely Bird Family that should be placed on the Island.

Please bear in mind the fact that generally speaking, all Bases and all Decorations rewarded by the Cooking Stand Contests give Blue Boxes.  There are a couple of Bases who do not give Blue Boxes, but most do.  The Decorations that are given as Rewards for completing the time-restricted Missions that begin on Friday mornings give Purple Gift Boxes.  Now these Missions no longer give Island Decorations but have switched to giving one Accessory for the Pet House and one Decoration for the Seaside Farm.

A fairly new change in Seaside is the ability to clean Decorations that are stored in the Warehouse.  When a player has stored Decorations, the ones of the highest values (giving Blue Boxes) will be cleaned first.  Decorations stacked on Bases can be cleaned while on the bases.  The first Gift Box will be from the Base itself.

This is an updated post that will include all Cleanable Decorations with the type or colour of Gift Box associated with them as well as their Charm Values.  I originally created this post only to list the Cleanable Decorations with their Rewards when cleaned but I now intend to include the Charm Value of each as well.  At the end of this post, you now will find a list of all the non-cleanable Decorations.

Bases and Stackable Decorations
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Originally, a farmer had to go through every Decoration on his/her farm, attempting to stack each on every possible Base to find out which ones had been added to the stackable list.  Now, all you have to do, in the case of any completed Base is first to choose the Move tool on the Base and then activate the 'Search' Tool (magnifying glass) within the Base's own Menu.  This will show you all possible positions for stackable Decorations as well as giving you a list of each in every position.  You can position them for a preview as well if you wish!  This is one of the GOOD new options in the game!

Values and Uses of Decorations
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Originally, Decorations were simply decorative in nature.  They were used solely to beautify the farm or make it unique.  Now, however, Decorations have other uses.   Cleanable Decorations yield 'Gift Boxes' of various colours when cleaned by a neighbour or Buddy.  Even non-cleanable Decorations have values in the form of a specific Charm Value and when part of the 'Theme' for a current Farm Beauty Contest, a value in terms of Votes as well as the rating of the farm.

Note however that recently Landscape Totals supplanted Charm Point totals in the Farm Beauty Contest for specific Character Votes and ratings.

The Charm value of any Decoration is found in a small flower pink or red flower icon with a number inside it.  The number represents the Charm Value.  When the item has a Coin cost, the total number of these Decorations that can be counted for Charm on any farm  usually is limited to 5 but when the Decoration has an RC cost, there is no limit to the total number that can be placed on any farm to add Charm to it.

Charm Values are the reason I have expanded this post to include a section that lists the Decorations that have Charm values but are not cleanable.  Now, however, in November 2016, Charm for the most part has become less important and has been superceded by the concept of 'Landscape'.  Charm still is relevant in increasing Landscape Points but it is not as significant as it once was.

Most players are familiar now with the various Gift Boxes in Family Farm Seaside and how they are obtained.  Basically, there are two types of Decorations in the form of those that can be 'cleaned' by Neighbours to yield Gift Boxes and those that cannot be cleaned.  Beyond that, however, there are further distinctions.

Gift Boxes come in different colours.  Each Decoration yields a Gift Box of a specific colour.  The very best Gift Boxes are the Blue ones.   As a basic rule,  EVERY final Decoration from a Cooking Stand Contest yields a Blue Box.  Every Decoration from a time-restricted Quest gives a Purple Gift Box.  EVERY Base yields a Blue Box.  Finally, it is through the special Sales primarily that new Decorations that give Blue Boxes are obtained.

In the Gallery now, some Decorations are highlighted but although many of the ones that yield Blue Boxes are highlighted in gold, this is not the reason.  I am beginning to suspect that such highlighting may denote the most popular Decorations.

The most valuable Gift Boxes tend to be those that are Blue or Gold.  I therefore will list the Decorations that yield these colours first.

Note there is a new type of Decoration in the form of the temporary Trophies given to players who have high rank in the Farm Beauty Contest.  Harvest Moon FDC received an Iron Trophy in the last contest.  Unfortunately, there was a glitch that both prevented me from registering the Trophy and prevented any player from cleaning it for almost a fortnight  That now has been fixed, giving me the opportunity to discover that the Iron Trophy yields a special Iron Trophy Gift Box actually named the Farm Beauty Contest Iron Cleaning Box.  Although it is very pretty, it really is not as valuable as the Blue or Gold Gift Boxes.  It usually contains nothing more than Coins and a few Green Mystrons. Nonetheless, I like having it in my Gift Box!

Note that the first Bases released  have yielded a Blue Box, but the Ice Base is giving a Purple Box, rather disappointingly... as are the two Bases earned by completing Lighthouse Missions.

Most of the other cleanable Decorations yield Purple Gift Boxes which are the second best of all the colours.  Lower on the scale are the Silver Cleaning Boxes.

Every colour contains a random assortment of Items that can include Power, OP,, Coins, Gasoline and  Green Mystrons.  The only difference between the Gift Boxes of various colours is that the Blue Boxes usually contain more Items than the others.  The Gold Gift Boxes are the next in value generally speaking.

Note that Island Decorations NEVER yield the original Blue Gift Boxes, although now there is a light blue Island Gift Box.  They yield Boxes, however, that include Island Farm Aids as well as the usual Rewards.

From time to time, a special sale or offer will include Decorations that temporarily yield RC or Yellow Mystrons instead of the usual Cleaning Gift Boxes.  After a specified number of days, the same Decoration will begin to yield Gift Boxes instead.

To obtain any Gift Cleaning Bag, you either need to be the owner of a Cleanable Decoration that is placed on your own Farm and then cleaned by a Neighbour or your have to visit a Neighbour's Farm to clean a Decoration there.

There are other 'bags' that contain similar Items to those found randomly in Cleaning Gift Bags.  These include the Loyal Player Reward, the Cooking Gift Bag and the Angel Rain Package.  The Loyal Player Reward is one that is given to a Player who stays logged into the game for a specific amount of time.  The Cooking Gift Bag is given whenever a farmer eats at a Neighbour's Cooking Stand.  The Angel Rain Egg, when cleaned by a neighbour, yields the Angel Rain Package.

Stacked Decorations
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Stacked Decorations are a fairly new option that was created with the various 'Bases'.  All Bases when complete give a Blue Gift Box, but you can 'stack' other Decorations on them and these each give their own Cleaning Box, the colour of which is linked to THAT Decoration.  Whenever you visit a Neighbour who has a Base stacked with Decorations, the first Neighbour to clean the Base will receive the Blue Gift Bag... after that, you can try to clean a specific Decoration by tapping on its position on the base and you will receive the Gift Box that is associated with that Decoration.  In other words, up to five cleanings can take place on a base that is stacked with the maximum of four Decorations.  The exception to this is the Bird Home Base simply because the Decorations that can be stacked on it are NOT Cleanable.  They have Charm points but cannot be cleaned.

Storage of Stacked Decorations
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A recent update to the game has changed the configuration of the Warehouse to give it three main sections rather than two.  These are as follows:  Warehouse, Decorations, Gadgets.

The labels are a little misleading here as 'Gadgets' really encompasses ALL Stackable items, whether they are indeed Gadgets for Upgraders or Decorations that can be stacked on the various Bases, including the Bird Home Bases that are sold in the Market as well as the Bases that were obtained through Seasonal activities or now can be obtained by completing specific Lighthouse Missions.

In terms of the Warehouse and Decorations tabs, only items actually being stored will be shown when you access those areas, but where the Gadgets tab is concerned, you will see ALL Stackable items, whether or not they are being stored or are placed currently either on the farm or on their designated Bases.  There is one possible action for these items which is 'Use'.  If indeed the item is being used currently, that action will not be available and will be greyed out as it were.  If, however, the item is being stored, you will be able to tap on 'Use' to place it either directly on your Farm or on its designated Upgrader or Base.

Remember that almost every Stackable item can be used solely on one specific Base or Upgrader.  You will see the jigsaw icon when using the 'Move' Tool only when you have brought the item to hover over the Base or Upgrader where it can be stacked.

Charm Points
xxxxxxxxxxx

This brings me to the Farm Beauty Contests and the business of Charm Points and Theme Decorations.  Once upon a time, we placed only the Decorations we liked personally as well as trying to place as many of those that yielded the Blue Boxes as possible.  Now with the advent of the Farm Beauty Contests, we have to worry about Theme and Charm Points.  What that means is that some of us tend to load our farms with as many Decorations as possible, especially when they have been declared to be part of the current Theme for a Contest.    Theme Decorations can consist both of cleanable Decorations and ones that cannot be cleaned.  They can include items without any Charm Point value as well.   When farms are crowded densely with Decorations, it sometimes is difficult to find the ones with the Blue Gift Boxes.  Nonetheless, this is our brave new world...

Note that the rules have changed now in that Decorations that are purchased with Coins will have a limit as far as the Charm point total for purposes of any Farm Beauty Contest.

Achievements
xxxxxxxxxxxx

Note that Achievements now include specific numbers of each colour of Gift Box to be obtained from Neighbours' Farms.  It therefore is worth the effort to clean EVERY kind of cleanable Decoration now!

Tips for Farmers
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

As the Blue Boxes do contain the best items for the most part (everything IS random, of course), it is a good idea not to crowd cleanable Decorations that yield different colours of Gift Boxes together unless you are past the point where it matters to you...  if you place all Blue Box Decorations together in front or in another prominent or easily accessible position, you probably will obtain more Blue Boxes every night when the game resets.

Gold Cleaning Box List
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is a new list so it will be updated gradually.  The Gold Cleaning Gift Boxes are almost as valuable as the Blue Gift Boxes.  In fact, I sometimes receive more OP from the Gold ones than the Blue...

I do believe that all the Decoration Rewards from the Farm Beauty Contests give Gold Cleaning Boxes.

Silver Gift Boxes
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The Silver Gift Boxes probably are the least valuable of all.  Oddly enough, the large Swimming Pool yields only a Silver Gift Box as does the Duck Pond that we had to build a couple of years ago.  I do believe that the Gift Hill gives a Silver Box as well.  In fact, many of the Cleanable Decorations that you can purchase in the Market for Coins give only a Silver Gift Box.  Some do not give ANY Box but only give Coins.

Note, however, that for the purpose of gaining Buddy Points, the Coin Decorations are as good as any.  No matter which Decoration you clean, you will gain the same number of points!

Decorations that give Items
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Easter Egg Tree: gives a bag that contains a random type of Chocolate
Angel Rain Egg: gives a bag that contains a random Farm Aid

Ice Dolphin: Ice Cubes

Island Boxes
xxxxxxxxxxx

All Time-Restricted Quest Decorations yield Island Purple Gift Boxes.  The Island Decorations that you purchase in the Market for RC yield Island Gold Cleaning Boxes.   For example, the Cow Plant Stand and Sheep Plant Stand both yield the Island Gold Cleaning Boxes where the Swan Lake and Christmas House yield the Purple.  The Landmark Decorations that you craft cannot be cleaned.

Which Decorations are Cleanable?
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you see the icon of a Cleaning Brush next to the Decoration, it is Cleanable.  When you purchase a Decoration in a special Sale, tap on the little 'i' that gives information and it will tell you precisely what colour of Cleaning Gift Box you will receive from the Decoration as well as any special temporary Rewards such as RC, Yellow Mystrons or others.  The temporary Rewards usually are for 5 to 7 cleanings and are NOT time-restricted.  If no one cleans the Decoration, the temporary Special Reward will activate whenever it is cleaned... and there can be gaps between cleanings as well.

Items that should be considered Decorations but do not fall into that Category

Back in the day, the Collections Missions consisted of a Decorative building that had to be placed on the farm before one could begin the various Collections that gave Rewards.  These 'buildings' could be upgraded to Level 5 and only when fully upgraded could be stored once the Collections Mission expired.  When stored, you will find them only under the 'All' tab of the general Warehouse.  They have no Charm Value and never are featured in the Theme of any Farm Beauty Contest.  They are quite interesting and many are seasonal in nature.  Sadly, the nature of Collections Missions  has changed and one no longer builds any decorative building... furthermore, there is only one Reward for completing the Mission as opposed to multiple Rewards that once included Farm Aids, Decorations, Trees and even Machines.

Black Friday Sale Offers Decorations
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is a temporary list of all the Decorations currently offered in the 'Black Friday' sales with the colour of Gift Boxes they give...  I just came out of hospital having had a major operation so will do things this way because I am in too much pain to sift through lists to see which ones were added and which still need adding.  This way everything currently on offer is listed and I can organise it later into the main lists.

A word of warning about the sales offers.  They are not all equal.  The DIY offers, where you can choose your Decoration, has one that offers mainly Decorations that give Blue Gift Boxes but one Decoration included gives only a Purple Gift Box.  The Decorations that are included in the Fortune Packages for the most part all give Purple Gift Boxes and nothing better than that.  Obviously there are other reasons why players choose specific decorations... perhaps they are trying to complete their Galleries and there is only one they missed or perhaps they simply LIKE a specific Decoration.  If, however, you are choosing according to value, the Blue Gift Box Decorations are the most valuable.  Read the entire information detail found by tapping the question mark icon, though, because many of these Decorations will dispense something extra like Blue Mystrons, Yellow Mystrons, Green mystrons or 1 RC for 5 to 7 Days as well as giving the appropriate Gift Box when cleaned.

Summer Camp Base Lighthouse Mission

WARNING:  Due to some glitch, the current Festival of Music Mission and Colourful Music Notes Collections Mission may have vanished from the screens of farmers who have not completed these Missions yet.  Complain to Support if this has happened to you...  I think it may have something to do with the release of this new Summer Camp Mission and should be sorted out soon.  It may be a problem that is limited to Kindle users as well as some Android users.

Note from Freyahawk:  If you use this site, you may have noticed that I never place ANY advertising of any kind on it.  Posting guides and game tips does not benefit me at all financially.  I do ask that, if you find the site useful, you send a few votes to Harvest Moon FDC Farm.   The avatar is a hawk in a tree against a blue sky.  Today is the last day of the current Farm Beauty Contest.  I was in hospital for surgery and really could use your votes.  Without some extra support, I will not place in the top 10.  Many thanks in advance for your support.

The following Mission should give you the new Beach Base when both parts have been completed.  The Beach Base is a Theme Decoration in the current Sun, Sand and Sea Farm Beaury Contest and you should have been able to receive 3 more Votes per day for having a registered Beach Base on your Farm.  Sadly, this mission was released on the very last day of the current Farm Beauty Contest, making it rather an exercise in futility!  Nonetheless, it will allow you to stack some of your Decorations.  Register it as soon as you obtain it.  It will take 2 hours to register in the Gallery.

Back in the day, we were able to buy the new unfinished Base in the Market in the Decorations section and then, after placing it, complete it through a series of timed activities that would extend usually through a few weeks.  This no longer is the case.  The new format is to initiate a Gallery/Lighthouse Mission that will give the new Base as the final Reward.  This can be problematic as the time limit is far shorter.  Furthermore, you will not be able to access any other time-restricted Mission while performing the Gallery/Lighthouse Mission.

Note here that although I had completed the current Festival of Music Mission on Freyashawk's Harvest Moon FDC farm, I had opted out of the Collections Mission by purchasing the Pomelo Tree instead in the Market.  The Collections Mission tab therefore remained active... until I activated the Summer Camp Lighthouse Mission, at which point it simply vanished.  Will it return after completion of the first part of Summer Camp?  I will let you know.  Although I do not need a SECOND Pomelo Tree, it would be good to know whether other players who intended to complete the Collections Mission will be able to do so after activating the Summer Camp Mission.  (See note at top of page... farmers who did not activate the Summer Camp Mission have lost the current Festival of Music and Colourful Music Notes Collections Mission from their screens as well.)

The most recent update changed the entire format of the Gallery, moving the Missions into the Lighthouse and adding six pages of Collections Sets to the Lighthouse Mission Menu.  Many of the Collections Sets are linked to existing Bird Home Base stackable Decorations Missions but others are linked to future Lighthouse Missions.  In some cases, you can collect the Reward for having registered all items in the Collections Set even if the Mission above it has not been created yet.  In other cases, you cannot collect the Reward if the Mission linked to the icon does not exist yet.  It's rather complicated.  I have created a post on my site where I am trying to list all the new Collections Sets and any Lighthouse Missions that are linked to them.

Unfortunately, the Missions in the Lighthouse no longer show their names.  You simply have to tap and trust that you have activated the right one.  You can see the Rewards beneath the two icon slots... this one will show the new Base as the Reward.  Beneath it are the three items in a Collection Set:

Chocolate Tree, Grandma's Bike, Scout Sun
Reward: 88 Green Mystrons, 1 RC

Tap on the empty basket icon on the left to activate the Summer Camp Mission.  You will have 3 days to complete the first half. (72 hours)

Darryl is in charge of this one and wears a scout uniform with safari hat.  It is the 10th Mission on Page 1 of the Lighthouse Menu, at the far right of the second row of round icon portraits.

Summer Camp  I
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Darryl:  Summer is really here now.  A lot of my scouting friends live in big cities and have never seen a real cow!  My friends should arrive soon so we should get some stuff ready!  Fresh bread and jam should do!

Produce 40 Loaves of Wheat Bread
  Skip for 20 RC

Produce 40 Loaves of Cornbread
  Skip for 20 RC

Harvest 40 Corn
  Skip for 20 RC

Reward: 80 Coins, 16 XP

Note here that the cost of skipping these tasks is very high.  Many farmers, including myself, use Gold Finger whenever we need to make Cornbread.  If you have sufficient Farmium, you can use the Gold Finger Tech to make the 40 Loaves of Cornbread, eliminating the need to make Cornmeal or to have any ingredients!

Darryl:  I'm really excited to see my friends!  I hope they will appreciate all the fresh products we have made for them!

Summer Camp II
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Darryl:  My friends have arrived and want to experience the taste of farming life.  There are lots of things to do.  It's time for harvesting!  I guess we're going to need some bsskets to collect the harvested crops.

Harvest 40 Grapes
  Skip for 20 RC

Prepare 8 bags of Cake Flour
  Skip for 8 RC
Each requires 2 Oat Flour and 2 Rye Flour

Ask for 10 Harvest Baskets from Neighbours
  Skip for 10 RC

Reward: 85 Coins, 17 XP

Dsrryl: Cool, now that everything's collected, let's show my friends how to feed some animals and produce some fresh products!

Summer Camp III
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Darryl:  Of course, they already know about bees and chickens.  However, I bet they never have seen a butterfly house!  Let's collect some nectar for some special dishes later!  We also need to collect some more beef for tonight's campfire!

Harvest 40 Pasture
  Skip for 20 RC

Produce 40 Beef
  Skip for 20 RC

Produce 10 jars of Nectar
  Skip for 10 RC

Reward: 90 Coins, 18 XP

Flea Market and E-Mart

Below, I have copied a very comprehensive and detailed article by our valued member, June Korrik, but I thought I would preface it with some basic comments of my own.

The Flea Market and the E-Mart are new options in Family Farm Seaside.  Increasingly, the game is introducing options that force us to interact almost constantly with other farmers as well as the game itself.  The Stove House for example has recipes that are all on timers.  You have to be present or set a timer.  Similarly, the Boats at the Wharf on the Island that come to you have a limited sojourn at your wharf.  You either have to have the goods they need on hand in your Island Barn or transport them from the mainland in time to meet their deadline before they depart.

Why do you need to participate in any of these options?  Well, they have been adding them to the time-restricted Quest tasks.  For example, in the last Collections Mission, the actual Reward was a Stove House recipe and making such a dish was part of the 2nd round of the current Cooking Stand Contest.  So if you wish to reap the rewards of these Missions and Contests, you have to be involved with the new options.  The Island and its machines and Botanic Garden likewise are being included more and more in the time-restricted Quests... although there is no requirement to participate if you wish to play Seaside, your rewards are limited by the options you are willing to explore.

Moving on now to the actual Flea Market and E-Mart.  I was not that excited by them initially but I have come to see that the E-Mart in particular is a boon to the lazy player like myself.  It is a way to buy Island goods and have them go immediately into your mainland barn where they can be used to complete your Daily Orders as needed without being forced to use a zeppelin to transport your own island goods to the mainland first.  That, for Rosewood Farm, is a delightful boon.  Although Harvest Moon FDC has eight zeppelins, mainly because I completed all new options for the Island as quickly as possible when they first were released in order to write my Island Guide for the game, Rosewood lags far behind.  I have only four zeppelins on Rosewood and frankly am not that concerned about adding more to my flotilla.  That means that Rosewood often does not have the island goods required by Daily Orders on the Order Board... until now, when I have discovered that buying 20 Linen from the E-Mart places 20 Linen on my original Seaside Farm.  That is 20 more Linen than I ever transported....

The E-Mart is accessed through the E-Mart board found in the Buildings section of your Market for 1000 Coins.  It can be placed either in the Building Plot area or on your farm itself.

The Flea Market is a little different, being the place where you can advertise and sell YOUR Goods as well as purchase goods from your own Buddies and Neighbours.  You can find it in the Buildings section of your Market for 1000 Coins and place it either in the Building Plot area or on your own farm.

Initially, you will have a total of four slots where you can sell your goods... of these, only one slot can be occupied by goods that are derived from an RC item, whether it be an RC Tree or Collectable.  You set the price as a percentage of the game value of rhe item, whether it be 50% less than the game value of the item or more.

The following is a contribution from June Korrik, an administrator and valued member of our Family Farm Seaside Freyashawk Group.

There are two new buildings available, the Flea Market and the E-Mart. Both can be placed in the extensions area of the main farm.
Flea Market: In the top BARN tab there are four boxes for you to place goods in to sell to other farmers. Tap on the boxes and select items from your barn to sell.
For non-RC based products, you can sell up to 30 crops, 5 kitchen products, 10 fish, or 20 of all other categories in a single box, and set the price from half off to half again the normal coin price. Kitchen products can be sold for up to twice the normal coin price.
For RC-based items - that is, anything that comes from an RC tree, animal, collectible or machine - you can sell up to 10 of each item in a single box, and ask up to 4 times the normal coin price. An RC item may be placed in a box every hour. There is a clock at the top of your store with a countdown showing the time left until you can put another RC-based item in your Market. RC-based kitchen products are exempted from this time limit but cannot be marked up beyond twice normal price, like any other kitchen product.
The goal is to fill up the gauge at the top left corner of the Market. To do this the first time, you need a number of DIFFERENT farmers to buy products from your Market. You can ONLY fill this gauge once per day. If you do not meet your goal for the day your sales counter will reset to zero. Once you complete this goal you can claim a reward bag, which can include blue mystrons and power.
The arrows at the right and left of your Market allow you to visit and buy from your neighbors' Markets. Tick the ‘Has goods only’ box to avoid going through many empty stands. You can also see a neighbor’s sales gauge, and whether they have met their goal today. Buying more than one item from the same farmer will NOT help them reach that goal.
In the lower TOKEN tab you can see what is in you own share box (whatever you have spun for and shared on your lucky wheel). Tap on each item to get the sales price and a button allowing you to remove the item. You can easily look through your buddies’ share boxes this way. Un-tick the ‘Has goods only’ box in the Barn tab to make sure you can see them all. You can also peruse ALL your neighbors' share boxes.
To expand your Flea Market to 5 boxes: reach level 13, pay 1000 coins, get 3 packages (from filling up the gauge at top-left). To expand your Flea Market to 6 boxes: reach level 19, pay 5000 coins, get 8 (additional) packages. To expand your Flea Market to 7 boxes: reach level 24, pay 12,000 coins, get 11 (additional) packages.
E-Mart: This allows global access to the Flea Markets of other farmers. You can also visit any of the farms and see what else they have for sale or ask them to be your neighbor. This is possible even if you have over 300 neighbors already.
You can refresh the E-Mart once a day for free, then for 200 coins, 30 OP, 100 OP, 200 OP and 1 RC. There may be refreshes beyond this. Be aware that even with a newly refreshed board the item you select may have already been sold. However, if you 'Visit' the farm there may be other items available for sale.
Other new features: The new picture tutorials/stories are accessible in the top tab of the renovated lighthouse, and the old-style help is in the bottom question mark tab. It is also the new home of the Time Machine missions, which have been expanded to include many prior missions, though they are not available yet. You can claim NEW collection prizes there as well.
The Circus Monkey and the Magic Bunny have been consolidated. The resulting creature currently holds only a calendar and the ability to schedule your monkey boosts.
The warehouse now has a 'Gadgets' tab for all items that can fit onto bases. How many of each item can go in this tab is specified next to the item's picture.
Note from Eugenia:  The only way to obtain rewards from sales is if the sales are to DIFFERENT farmers.  Please only purchase one item at any given time from a Neighbour and then return later if you need another.  I personally do not like all these new options that attempt to force farmers to be logged into the game 24/7...  but that appears to be the new Zynga-clone trend.

New Collection Sets and Gallery Rewards

The most recent game update placed new options in the Lighthouse.  Although the Gallery still is used to register specific items, you will find new Collection Sets and Rewards for claiming them in the second tab of the Lighthouse.  Some are coupled with existing Gallery Missions.  In other cases, although the Collection Set can be claimed, the actual Gallery Mission does not exist yet.

What is annoying is that the Gallery Missions that give you Rewards in the form of Stackable Decorations for the Bird Home Bases no longer are named in the Lighthouse tab... you simply see the two icons that must be placed by completing the appropriate parts of the Mission... I have published a post of all existing Gallery Missions and their Rewards and will correlate them with these new Collections Sets but meanwhile simply will describe the two icons.  Where the Gallery Mission has been completed, one will not see the original Stackable Decoration Reward for it, but only the two icons...  The whole system needs to be overhauled.

This is a work in progress at present.  There are six pages of Gallery Missions/Collection Sets in the Lighthouse now.  In some cases, you can collect the Reward even if the actual Gallery Mission that is connected to the Collection Set is 'not online yet'.  In other cases, you will be unable to claim a reward at this point.

NOTE:  When the Collection Sets were in the Gallery, one would receive a prompt to the effect that one had completed a Collection, urging you to fetch your reward.  Now all you will see is a hologram of a video camcorder above the lighthouse if any Collection has been completed.

Here is a link to some of the Gallery Missions:
