New Seaside Farm Expansions:

The 32 x 32 Farm Expansion is from the previous update but I am including it here as it is recent:
You now can expand your farm to 32 x 32.
Requirements are:
Have 60 House Points in Darryl's House
Save and use 6000000 Coins to buy expansion
Produce 500 bundles of Angora Velvet to buy the expansion
Angora Velvet is produced by the Angora Rabbit using the Level 5 Angora Velvet Gadget but the Rabbit must be fed Fruit Platter, not Carrots. You can use Goldfinger to produce Angora Velvet even if you not have the Fruit Platter Gadget. You do NOT need to produce any new Angora Velvet if you have stored 500 bundles in your Barn previously.

Save and use 3600000 Coins
Produce 600 Mini Burgers to buy Expansion
Skip for 35 RC
N.B. Mini Burgers are a Level 5 Gadget that produce the item randomly from the Burger Machine only when it is not using Batch Production. Cost is 300 Blue Mystrons
To expand your Farm to 34 x 34:
Upgrade your Sea Resort to Level 8

Hedgehog Accessories

Other aspects of the upgrade are the ability to forge pretty flower chains (collars) for your Hedgehog. Like any other Pet Accessories, you need to find the appropriate Hedgehog Pet Book either from the Island Coin Shop randomly (for Level 1) or as a Coffee House Reward randomly for the higher levels.
Darryl's House Door and Registration

Darryl's House now has a door so he needn't be dragged kicking and screaming out of his house to perform a walkabout on your farm.
Furthermore, Items from Darryl's House now can be registered in your Gallery.

You upgrade in two different ways in the same fashion as the Water Well on the original Seaside Farm. The first type of upgrade is to increase the NUMBER of Sprinklers you can install on your farm. The second type of upgrade is to decrease the time a crop needs to grow.

Note that you no longer need to complete ALL of the Daily Quests on the path to obtain all four Chests. Furthermore, a couple of the tasks have changed significantly.
Changes include the Market Stall task which now is not linked to the collection of a Market Bag from YOUR Stall but rather requires the purchase of an item from another Stall or from the E-Mart. Another change is the requirement to use one Active Tech. There no longer is a requirement to use 8 Liquid Fertiliser on any special Tech Crop or Tree. Now instead, you need only use one Active Tech 1 time to reap the Reward. Active Techs include Flight of the Bumblebee, Gold Finger, Frugal Powder and the Treeology variant.
