Photo Studio 12th Anniversary

This is a detailed Walkthrough for the current Photo Studio Activity.  It now is complete through Level 25.

Note that, once you reach Level 25, and collect the final Prizes in the form of the Festive Tent Decoration and the Elephant Princess Decoration, you can collect a gift box each time you reach 100 points after that.  Mine contained 30 Energy and 50 OP.  Not really equal to the Ebergy expended I fear.
(My game froze at the tutorial this time.  So that was fun.  What confused me a little was that the Single Admission Ticket in fact is your first generator.  It does not look like one!  And with all the other 'tickets' flying about the farm at this point in time, I think it was a confusing choice.)

But here is the only tip that counts: any item with an Energy bolt at the bottom right is a Generator.

You can merge the Single Admission Ticket to a higher Generator as soon as you reach Level 2.  You then can generate another class of item.

The Level 1 Single Amusement Ticket creates Amusement Rides.

The Level 2 Admission Ticket for Two generates Childhood Toys as well.

The Menu, for a first time player is important to understand.

Your Level is on the top left.  Tap the Star to see the Rewards as you advance and purchase the VIP Pass.  In my opinion, either you get all the Rewards available in a long Activity or do not bother at all.  I know many players do simply get what they can without investing any real money, but  when you do that, you always miss out on either a special new Animal or Machine and then you are bedevilled forever with game requests for the product/s it produces.  In this Activity, the VIP Pass gives you the Big-Eared Elephant at Level 20.  The final level is 25 and gives cleanable decorations both for the Free Pass and the VIP.

The Big Eared Elephant eats Toffee Apples and gives Elephant Neck Pillows.

The Free Pass actually gives you an Avatar and Frame as well.

The VIP Pass will give you a couple of card packs as Rewards, in the form of 4 star and 5 star packs.  Other card packs are available as part of special offers through the Activity and are varying Star values.

The board is in the centre obviously and level increases unlock more squares and generators.

Orders appear to the left of the board and the number of Orders will increase with Level increases.

On the right is a box that identifies whatever item on the Board that you tap.  This cqn be useful when you tap the little 'i' that gives you all the details about it.  In fact that takes you to the Photo Album that shows all the items in the game and the chains of generation for each type and givves little rewards each time you unlock a new item.

You can access the Photo Album by tapping on the book as well.

To the left of the Book is a camera or backpack.  5his is storage with eight squares.  You can use gems to expand this if you feel more space is needed.

Energy and Gem totals are at the top right.  Tap the plus sign to acquire more.  Gems can be converted to Energy.  RC can be converted to Gems and then converted to Energy.

Note that tapoing the plus sign after the Energy total will take you to the Store.  Here the first purchase of 100 Energy each day costs 10 Gems.  The second purchase costs 20 Gems... and the price increases.  You can gamble instead on a Stamina Chest for 12 Gems.  That price doubles as well to 24 gems for a second purchase.
I bought one to log the contents and it contained the following:
15 Stamina, 40 Stamina, 25 Stamina, 2 Stamina, 15 Stamina.

I actually suggest that, if you need Energy, you buy 100 Stamina for 10 RC and 1 Stamina Chest fir 12 Gems each day and refrain from the purchases when the prices double.

This is a Merge game.  Energy too can be merged when it appears on the Board.  It is instinctive to merge every item possible, but be aware of the actual Orders that often want a lower level item.  I usually create one of the item in the chain at the highest level and then store that until it is demanded as an Order.

Be aware that you can tap on the revolving arrow on the top right of any Order to change it.

There are various special tools available.

The Universal Card that looks like a wand can be merged with any regular item to create an item at the next level.

The Splitter that looks like Scissors can be used on any regular item to reduce it to the next level below it in the chain.

Warning:  sometimes when you generate an item, an extra one will appear in a bubble.  You can use gems to burst the Bubble to obtain an item you can use.  This can be useful but it can be expensive.  I think I was induced to use far too many gems on the 'bubbles' in previous Photo Studios.  Now I I ignore most of them.  Only if the item is top level and difficult to generate do I consider popping a bubble now.

You can use an Ad Skip Card or watch an advert each day a specified number of times to pop the bubble as well.  This is worthwhile but try to use those for the items with higher values.

COMPLETE WALKTHROUGH:

At Level 2, you unlock the Admission Ticket for Two.
This allows to to create both the Amusement Rides and the Chikdhood Toys.

At Level 4, you unlock the next Generator in the form of the Basic Dessert Table that creates Cakes.  At Max Level, the Two-Tiered Cake is created.  This is a temporary Generator that produces items in the Birthday Essentials chain.  Temporary Generators create a specific number of items before disappearing.  You therefore need to keep creating them.  I think I counted a total of 20 items but will confirm.

Sometimes the temporary Generator itself will be requested in an Order.  I try to keep one that has exhausted itself for this purpose.  If you see an Order and do not have one on hand, create it and then generate as many items from it as you can before using it for the Order.

At Level 5, you unlock a third Order.

At Level 6, you unlock the first Recipe in the form of the Blue Festive Box
Uses Circus Tent + Party Horn= Party Popper

At Level 7, you receive card packets: 5 star for VIP and 3 star for Free.

More importantly, you unlock the Power Boost.  By switching it on, you produce a higher level of item.  It does consume 2 points of Stamina instead of 1 for each action.

At Level 8, you unlock a new Generator in the form of the Floor Mirror that produces Accessories.

At Level 10, you unlock the Level 2 Intermediate Dessert Table.  This generates higher levels of Cakes.  Nothing new.

You have four Orders now.

Over halfway through Level 11, the double boost for Orders activated for the first time for 15 minutes.

At Level 12, the Simple Dining Table is unlocked.  It is a generator that produces Party Drinks.

At Level 14, you unlock the Level 2 Vanity Mirror Generator.  This produces both Accessories and aFormal Wear.

.At Level 16, you unlock the second Recipe in the form of the Green Festive Box.
Building Blocks + Skirt= Anniversary Cow

At Level 16, at 183 points, the Double Bonus activated for 15 minutes.

At Level 18, unlock the Family Admissions Ticket.  No new items generated, just higher level items.

At Level 19, at 71 points, the Double Bonus activated for 15 minutes.

(You may not want to read this, but every time it activated, a surprise special cash bundle activated as well.  They all activated when I was almost our of Energy.)

At Level 20, unlock the Level 3 Advanced Dessert Table.  No new items produced.

At Level 21, 75 points, another 15 minute Double Bonus activated.

At Level 22, the Level 2 Elegant Dining Table was unlocked.  It produces Party Dishes as well as Party Drinks.

At 121 points for Level 23, the final 15 minute Double Bonus activated.  At the same time, another Surprise Sake that would expire at the sane time as the Double Bonus expired activated.  I have given the points at which all the Double Bonus events activated.  It may or may not be the same for other farmers.  It always coincided for me with a point at which my Energy was less than 100.

At Level 24, I unlocked the third Recipe in the form of the Purple Festive Box.
Intermediate Cocktail + Roast Turkey= Party Feast
