There are nine themes. Each requires 9 specific cards and each has its own reward. When you have claimed all nine, there is a final Reward that consists of 1000 Energy, 1 Rainbow Rain and a Baby Cloud Decoration that goes on your Cloud Farm.
The Baby Cloud when tapped yields 1 RC each day for 10 days and after that, it yields Energy.
There are five card types in terms of value. Cards will be 1 Star to 5 Stars.
The first, Thorough Cleaning requires 7 specific 1 Star cards and two 2 Star Cards.
Farm Renovation requires 6 specific 1 Star Cards and three 2 Star Cards.
Market Shopping requires 5 specific 1 Star cards and four 2 Star cards.
Harvest Time requires 4 specific 1 Star Cards, three 2 Star Cards and two 3 Star Cards.
Tending the Garden is the first theme that requires a 4 Star Card. It requires three 1 Star, two 2 Star, three 3 Star and one 4 Star.
Festive Delicacies requires three 2 Star, three 3 Star, two 4 Star and one 5 Star.
Beach Time requires two 2 Star, three 3 Srar, three 4 Star and 1 Five Star.
Float Parade requires three 3 Star, three 4 Star and three 5 Star.
Celebration Party requires two 3 Star, three 4 Star and four 5 Star cards.
Cards are acquired through the following:
From all four of the Daily Quest chests
From the Dedicated Farmer Bonus
From the first 5 Orders on the Order Board that have a gold background
From the eighth step of the current 11 day quest.
From the Photo Studio VIP Pass
In the Cloud Farm, you can earn them from the following:
Reward boxes in the Bazaar
From the Zeppelin
From completing the Adventurer's Fortune
From cash purchases:
You can buy card pack bundles from the 5th tab of the Card Menu. You can obtain them with purchases of RC. You can obtain them in special sales offers from activities like the Photo Studuo
Finally, the total number of cards you obtain can earn cards as rewards in 5 timed events in the 4th tab of the Card menu. In these events, there are star level requirements.
We now are in the second event. 1 Star cards will not count towards the necessary totals in this event.
15 cards gives a 3 Star card
30 gives a 4 Star card
50 gives a 4 Star card
70 gives a 5 Star card
Total cards from 2 Star through 5 Star count towards every total in this event.
In the next event, only 3 Star through 5 Star cards will count.
That event ends on the 7th.
10 cards for one 4 Star card
20 cards for one 5 Star card
40 cards for one 5 Star card
60 cards for one 5 Star card
In the final event, only 3 Star through 5 Star cards count.
10 cards gives a 4 Ztar card
20 cards give a 5 Star card
40 cards give a 5 Star card
60 cards give a 5 Star card.
As you can see, you can use your totals to redeem the 4 and 5 Star cards you need.
Most of the cards you receive from daily tasks will be lower Star values. All in all, if you redeem the required totals for each event, you will obtain five 4 Star cards and eight 5 Star cards. You may receive some duplicates, but I found that most of the 4 and 5 Star cards I obtained were cards I actually needed.
When people suggest you do not open all of your cards, make cwrtain you complete all the totals for the current 4th tab event first! There is no point im losing a potential four or five Star card by keeping cards unopened.
If you look at the theme requirements and event requirements, you will realise that once you receive all of the specified 1 Star cards needed for the themes, they have absolutely no value as they do not even count towards totals at this point. In the next event, the 2 Star cards, if not needed to complete a theme still, no longer have any value either.
You always can purcahse a 4 or 5 Star card pack. Just make certain that is what you are buying. The Star value should be displayed on the offer. Just be aware that the picture of Darryl holding a 5 Star card is only an advert. It can be misleading.
Other ways to collect cards:
The zecond tab of the menu gives one card each day. Near the end, the cards you receive will be mainly 4 Star. The very last one will be 5 Star.
I hope this helps!
