A City on the Water Quest and Boat Collection Mission

A new 11 day traditional quest was released today with a Collection Mission.  The reward for the Collection Mission is yet another Collectable, a word never used in this context except in Seaside! Note that you can use OP to speed Collectable harvests when the item is in the Collectable House as well as when it is on your farm.  

Note that you can purchase the Fresh Curry Pot, Balloon Machine and Parmigiano Reggiano Collectable using cash, or you can buy the first two in your Market using RC.

Register the Balloon Machine as quickly as possible as it is part of the Collection Set for this Quest and Machines like this usually take 13 hours to register.

The Balloon Machine requires prodigious amounts of RC. I used over 600 OP to set off batch production and then complete it by using the same amount again in order to publish this guide quickly.

Note that I set Monkey Boost to rexuce OP so OP costs reflect this.
