This is one of the more enjoyable Activities on the Activity Stage.  Essentially, you will receive one wand each day, and you can activate any star in the constellation that you like, so order of tasks is affected by your own choice.  I am simply going to list them in the order in which I performed them.  When all Stars have been completed, tap on the decoration icon to receive the Virgo Decoration.

Note that any Star that is activated must be completed within two hours.  Additional wands cost 2 RC each.

Produce 20 Rice Flour
