Back to School Quest and Chalk Collection Mission

A new 11 day Quest has been released in tandem with a Collection Mission.  The reward for the Collection Mission is a new premium Tree.  You will need the Icelandic Sheep.  It is one of the items that must be registered to complete the Collection Set.  There is no need for Pets to dig Chests, and no Fishing, so feel free to cast a net and complete your Pet allotment.

As always, I would urge the lower level players to try to complete the Collection Mission even if they cannot complete the traditional quest sequence.  Once the Quest expires, it will be transferred to the Lighthouse and any one who did not complete it can access it there.  Note that in the Lighthouse, these Quests are divided into four parts.  It is only if you complete an entire set of four that you will not be forced to start again with that quarter of the Quest.  In other words, complete 1 through 4, 5 through 8, 9 through 12 and 13 through 16 in order to be credited for the tasks and Rewards.

Brave Soul Farm Beauty Contest

A new Farm Beauty Contest began today.  You only need a total of 182 votes daily from the 4 Characters to achieve the 4000 Vote total that gives you the Decoration.  You only need 286 votes per day to obtain the avatar with a final total of 6000.  They extended the length of the contest so you need fewer votes per day.  Note as well that many of the OLD premium decorations are worth more than one Vote from each of the 3 Characters that vote for theme.

As always, I am deeply grateful for any votes given to HM. Freyashawk, but it appears to be almost impossible to reach the top 10 now.  I do not understand how the farms that do achieve their totals.  Whatever Support declares, it requires extraordinary numbers.

New Contest appears to be based on the legend of Mulan.  Tap on the Red Book, then tap on any Theme Decoration or item to see whether or not you own it and if you do, where it is located.  This is a fairly new option that makes this search far less onerous and frustrating.
