There is a new Activity in the form of Penny's Cauldron with Riddles that must be solved before you can claim a completed new Base in the form of the Picnic Base. The solutions are all found below. Unless you are willing to pay RC to solve more riddles, the limit is 3 per day.
The new premium Decorations are stacked on this base. You can see them above. No doubt all of these will be theme items in the next Farm Beauty Contest.
