Strategy Tips: Do not cast Net if you have the capacity as you must fish 8 times with the Squid Hook. You can collect all the Chests on the Paths as there is no task, and tend all Flowers in the Botanic Garden as there is no task for that.
One more tip: This particular quest is heavier than usual in the requirements for Island Crops. If you can look at the Crop List and have sufficient space to plant all three of the Crops required in tasks well in advance, you will not have to wait nor use Fertiliser or Weather Aids to speed harvests.

You can do this the easy way or the hard way. This recipe has two different star versions, but you need only the Bronze one.
Place all ingredients, setting timer for 10 minutes. Three of the ingredients will burn but you can complete the dish successfully by tapping 'Finish'.
Or, if you care about the taste, place Cucumber and Oat Flour, setting timer for 9 minutes. The Bronze Star will activate. Now simply swipe the other two ingredients into the bowl and instantly tap 'Finish'.

When I purchased a skin for the Paint Stand for 800 TC, a green arrow appeared to allow me to increase the Level of the offerings to Level 2, unlocking paint changes for new items.
Required to achieve Level 2:

At Level 2, you unlock the Stove House, The Cooking Stand, the Market Stand, the E Mart Sign, the Coffee House and the Kitchen in terms of new 'skins'.
