You can merge a Beach Base in the Factory once you have collected both Materials. The first material has been available in the first two Chests on the Daily Quest path. Today, on Friday, 16 June, it still is being found in those Chests.
Today for the first time, you can collect the second material in the highlighted Order on the Daily Order Board. With 100 TC, you can refresh the Order Board, thereby obtaining a new highlighted Order. With another 100 TC, you can refresh again.

I would suggest that players contact Support to protest... why not change the ingredients to half the amount, requiring only 4 Honey and 2 Milk?

Each Linden Flower costs 30 TC if you do not have the Tree yet. If you do have the Linden Tree, it only produces one Flower every 10 hours, so use Farm Aids!
