I suppose I really should atart with the Activity that links all of these. This is Grandpa and Grandma's Golden Anniversary. The menu offers five portraits and each is completed with a Valentine Gem.
The first can be earned or purchased in the Cloud Farm Valentine Activity. Tap Buy Cake. If you cannot trace the picture of the cake, do not fret. That picture is complete.
The second is part of the first reward in the new Card Collection. Tap Buy the Food. Again, if you have the Gem, that picture will be complete.
The third is Buy the Flowers. The this gem is the Level 5 Reward on the Free Path of the Photo Studio. Again, if you cannot trace the picture, it still will be complete.
Thd two remaining pictures cannot be activated or completed yet.
So here is the Reward list:
Collect 1 and Personal Background active for 7 days.
Collect 3 and Personal Background active for 30 days.
Collect all 5 and Personal Background rewards will be permanent.
The Persobal Background is the Banner behind your Farm name when you tap on your farm ico and access the menu. Whichever one you use has specific powers. I obtained the 3 gems and activated the banner of the two Unicorns that gives: 20% bonus to number of Pet Cookies and 10% bonus to pet speed in Jubgle Expedition. Neither really of use at the moment because I am not doing anything with new pets currently. Too much on my plate really.

Free path gives 1 Gem for the Anniversary Portrait Activity at Level 5. Both paths give Cards for the current Card Collection.
