Penny's Halloween Quest and Halloween Ghost Candy Collection Mission

A new 11 day traditional Quest sequence with 16 steps has been released in tandem with a Collection Mission.  The Reward for completing the Collection Mission is a Candy Corn Bouquet.

As always, I advise new players or low level players to complete the Collection Mission even if they cannot perform all of the tasks in the traditional Quest sequence.  Once the time period expires, you will be able to find the Quest in the Lighthouse and access it from that location.  The Collection Mission, on the other hand, will not be available.  The Reward from any Collection Mission of this sort will appear in the Market, however, and you can use RC to purchase it.

Your Pets must dig 8 Chests.  It may be a good idea to disable Auto Digging in your Settings, as the task is achieved when a Chest is dug up from the path and not when it is collected.

You must fish with the Bone Hook.  If you are eager to complete this quest quickly, therefore, do not cast a Net.

You must tend flowers in your Botanical Garden 15 times.  Do not tend, therefore, at all, if you wish to complete this Quest quickly.

N.B.  I create the Crop and Batch Production List as a helpful aid, but please always look at the actual tasks.  It is becoming increasingly difficult for me to maintain and update this site, so there can be errata.
