Sea Resort with Upgrades
(Above is the new Sea Resort Farm, very similar in operation to the aquatic farm in the original Family Farm Seaside game. The second photo shows the Sea Urchin Habitat and two of the Machines)
As of 24 February, the point total requirements in terms of Sea Resort points required for upgrades to higher levels have DECREASED. I will try to log all the new point totals, although I myself cannot see the levels I cleared obviously!
Apologies to my readers for not having updated all sections of this post at once. As of 26 February, however, it should be fully updated and correct in its particulars.
The Sea Resort is a third farm really that can be unlocked with only 1000 Dev Points (Island Dev Points). The items and activities that are involved in this third farm really have no use at this point either on Seaside Farm or on the Island. You therefore should not be pressured into completing any expansion or upgrade immediately. The only reason I feel pressure is because I would like to complete the Guide!
This is your third farm in effect and is aquatic in nature. Crops are grown in the water and Habitats hold sea creatures. As previously indicated, you will need a total only of 1000 Dev Points to be able to unlock the Sea Resort. Tap on the Sea Plane to see the requirements... they are given below as well.
Perhaps a time will come when the Sea Resort will be necessary to complete Quests on the original Seaside Farm but at this point, this is not the case. You do need to use many items from the Seaside Farm and the Island in the Seaside Resort, but the reverse is not true.
You will find that each expansion in the Sea Resort requires a specific Sea Resort product, whether an Animal product or a Machine product. As previously indicated, however, you can take your time to perform expansions. Furthermore, I have noticed that there always is some one in Chat who is advertising these Sea Resort items in his/her market so if you are not willing to spend 16 RC for the little Water Float Machine, it is more than possible that a neighbour can sell you the items when you are ready to unlock the 4th Sea Resort expansion.
Planting Crops and so on in the water of the Sea Resort will NOT increase your Resort Points although you will receive XP to increase your general game Level. It is only by completing the Orders in your Showcases in the various Sea Resort shops that you will gain Resort Points and increase your Sea Resort Level. As explained below, the items that are required for sales in your various Showcases are dictated by the game and the time for the item to sell is linked to its Resort Point value. Thus a simple Crop that takes 20 minutes to sell will give you fewer Resort Points than a Beauty Shop item.
For example:
Cucumber: 20 minutes, 10 Resort Points
Butter: 1 Hour, 30 Resort Points
Condensed Milk: 1 Hour, 20 minutes, 40 Resort Points
Strawberry Pie: 1 Hour, 20 minutes, 40 Resort Points
Daisy Perfume: 1 Hour, 40 minutes, 50 Resort Points
Violet Basket: 2 Hours, 60 Resort Points
Pineapple Yogurt: 2 hours, 60 Resort Points
Peanut: 20 Minutes, 10 Resort Points
Goose Feather, 20 Minutes, 10 Resort Points
Blue Teddy Bear: 1 Hour, 20 minutes, 40 Resort Points
Pink Heart Fruit: 40 Minutes, 20 Resort Points
Blackberry: 20 Minutes, 10 Resort Points
Linen: 40 Minutes, 20 Resort Points
Raisin Yogurt: 2 Hours, 60 Resort Points
Chocolate Pie: 1 Hour, 40 minutes: 50 Resort Points
Tomato: 20 Minutes, 10 Resort Points
White Rose Bouquet: 20 minutes, 10 Resort Points
Lily Bouquet: 40 Minutes, 20 Resort Points
Camomile Basket: 2 Hours, 60 Resort Point
Apple Tart: 14 Hours, 420 Resort Points
Generally speaking, you can see that Crops are worth 10 Recort Points, Fruits are worth 20 Resort Points, Animal Products are worth 10 Resort Points. The value of Machine Products vary considerably. A single-ingredient Machine Product like Linen sells in 40 minutes and is worth only 20 Resort Points, but the Yogurts take 2 hours to sell and are worth 60 Resort Points. Cooked Dishes vary in value as well. Butter takes 1 hour to sell and is worth only 30 Resort Points but the Apple Tart takes 14 hours and is worth 420 Resort Points.
In every case, however, the TIME that it takes to sell the item is the basis for the Sea Resort Point value!
I have noticed that the same items are required again and again in the various Sea Resort Shops. I am sorry I did not log them from the start but will attempt to do so now. Note that these are the items and values without any Boost from the various Attractions. If you load Guests into the Attraction that is linked to any Shop BEFORE YOU LOAD THE ITEM, the Resort Points will increase, either by 30%, 60% or 100%. 1 Guest in the Attraction boosts the points by 30%; two Guests by 60% and three Guests by 100%. Note here that you must have Guests in the slots to obtain the Boost!
You can use OP to speed the sale of any item, but it can become very expensive to employ this strategy.
HOW TO OBTAIN ALL BONUS POINTS
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
IMPORTANT: The order in which you load the attractions and items is critical.
First: EMPTY ALL SLOTS IN YOUR SEA RESORT SHOPS.
Second: LOAD ALL OF THE SLOTS IN EVERY ATTRACTION THAT GIVES A BONUS TO THE SHOPS.
Third: LOAD ALL SLOTS IN SEA RESORT SHOPS WITH ITEMS.
You receive the Bonus ONLY if you perform the tasks in the order given above. Existing items in slots when Guests are loaded into Attractions do NOT earn any Bonus Points.
It is all busywork and all timing. I am not fond of this myself, but some farmers appear to love it. It is when you have a slow-selling item in a slot that it becomes more important to gain the Bonus and more difficult to do so.
For example, the Apple Tart takes 14 hours to sell from a slot. If you bring your Sea Plane to the Resort primed with all possible Guests, what should you do? If you have 4 Apple Tarts for instance in one of the Resort Shops, you will not obtain the hefty bonus from them if you do not clear the slots and reload... the more hours that remain, however, the more expensive the cost of speeding the sale. With almost 14 hours still on the timer, you will be forced to pay over 800 TC to clear one slot of an Apple Tart. The bonus, however, for an Apple Tart if you have loaded three guests into the Attraction linked to the Shop is considerable. You will receive 420 Bonus Points as well as the original base 420 Sea Resort Points for this item.
Unlocking the Sea Resort
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Tap on the Aquatic Plane to see the requirements which are as follows:
40 Love Fruit Pies
40 Steak Burgers
30 Lag Bolts
60 Tea Tree Essential Oils
15 Nails
60 Grape Juice
Spend 10 hours to build. You can speed time by using 60 RC initially and as the timer counts down, so does the amount of RC needed.
Resort Points
xxxxxxxxxxxx
This is an Aquatic Farm with its own water crops, Habitats and so on. YOU EARN RESORT POINTS BY COMPLETING ORDERS IN THE OCEAN CAFE. Later, you will earn Resort Points in the Beach Souvenir Shop as well. It is your Resort Point totals that determine your Level in the Sea Resort. To advance to Level 2, you originally needed a total of 1000 Resort Points. I believe that the total required now may be as little as 200 Resort Points, but I need confirmation from a farmer who just unlocked the Sea Resort for this. You now can advance to Level 3 with 1200 Resort Points.
In other words, growing and harvesting Crops will give you XP but will not give any Resort Points. The system is similar to that of the Island where Island Dev Points are earned only through completion of Helicopter Orders. The difference is that there are many Sea Resort Shops, unlocked when you perform different Sea Resort Expansions.
N.B. Gaining Resort Points is one of those hands-on, endless fussy activities wherein you must collect the coins from the items sold every 20 and 40 minutes from the Ocean Cafe. Obviously, the higher your upgrade level of the Cafe, the more items you can collect at once, but it still requires their endless collection! It is 'busy work'. The speed at which you can raise your level depends partly on your ability to collect again and again and restock as well as being lucky in the random items the game selects. For a player who is in-game constantly, items that can be sold quickly may be most beneficial but to the player who only can play occasionally, the items that take a few hours to sell are far better.
At Level 2, originally reached at 1000 Resort Points, and now at far fewer, you unlock a new Crop in the form of the Lily Pad and your first machine in the form of the Sea Urchin Lamp Machine. You can expand your Sea Resort as well as one of the requirements for the 1st Expansion is to reach Level 2.
New Sea Resort Point Level Requirements:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(Above, a screenshot showing the new less-ridiculous total needed to reach Maximum Level 8)
As of 24 February:
To reach Level 2, it is possible that you now only need a total of 200 Sea Resort Points. (My cousin now is at Level 2 and he does not think he ever earned any more points after reaching that Level!)
To reach Level 3, you now need 1200 Sea Resort Points.
To reach Level 4, you need 14500 Sea Resort Points
To reach Level 6, you now need 100000 Sea Resort Points.
To reach Level 7, you now need ? Sea Resort Points.
To reach Level 8, you now need 400000 Sea Resort Points.
LEVEL 8 REMAINS THE MAXIMUM LEVEL IN THE SEA RESORT. As of 1 March, you can make a number of expansions after you reach Level 8 but all Resort Points have no use apart from the Boutique Shop at the Sea Resort, where you can purchase various items. This is due to change, however, in a couple of weeks.
1 March: Support has declared that Maximum Sea Resort Level will be increased in a fortnight or three weeks. You then will be able to complete the expansions that require Levels above the current maximum Level 8.
FYI: I have seen this question asked again and again in Chat. Players wonder if you must use RC to purchase some of the Sea Resort Animals, Habitats, Machines and Attractions. YES, that is the ONLY way to obtain them at this point in time. If you look at the Market in the Sea Resort, there are no Mystery Shop items for the Sea Resort. You therefore cannot use TC or Mystrons to purchase any Sea Resort items at this point in time.

About the Sea Resort
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
There are three buildings that give Orders in the Sea Resort: Ocean Cafe, Beach Souvenir Shop and Tropical Spa House. Only the Ocean Cafe is unlocked initially.
Each order requires that you add 1 product to the Showcase. You either need to wait until the timer runs out or use TC to speed before you can complete any Order. When you complete a specific number of Orders, a new Showcase will be unlocked. If you wish to upgrade for more shelves, tap the green arrow and complete all requirements.
At Level 3, you will unlock the Bubble Flower Crop and with the 2nd Expansion, you will have the Beach Souvenir Shop, another Shop where items randomly are chosen to be sold in Showcases. Note that, at Level 3, you will unlock a new Theme for your Sea Resort as well. The Themes are similar to the different looks for the Pet House. You can change them at will once unlocked and there is no cost for any of them. The third Theme in the form of the Luxury Theme unlocks at Level 5. Themes are simply cosmetic. They have no effect on anything.

The Ocean Cafe
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
As with Helicopter Orders that earn Dev Points for the Island, this is where you earn the Resort Points needed to unlock new items.initially.
Explaining the Slots and Showcases
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Basically, the upgrades you perform allow you to unlock MORE slots in EVERY Showcase in the Shop. The actual Orders filled are the requirement for unlocking additional Showcases.
In other words, you have one slot initially and by upgrading can increase that to 4 slots. When you have completed three Orders, the second Showcase is unlocked. Depending on the number of Slots unlocked or the Level of your Shop, you will have 1 to 4 slots in THAT Showcase as well. And so on...
The Ocean Cafe allowed me to place a single item it demanded in the form of the Fern Flower. This takes 20 minutes to sell but you can use TC to speed process. I was able to place two separate Fern Flowers and use TC to sell quickly. When I had sold a total of three, a different item opened as a second 'Showcase' queue in the form of Apple Juice.
With three sales, I had two separate Showcase items for sale as follows:
Fern Flower, 20 minutes, 128 Coins, 10 Resort Points
Apple Juice: 40 minutes, 11 Coins, 20 Resort Points
(Note that the items change every couple of days when the timer expires.)
When you have a total of 297 sales, you will obtain a third item. The items vary from farm to farm and will change.
To upgrade your Ocean Cafe to Level 2 to obtain 2 slots, you need:
10 Wooden Cylinders
50 Cranberry Pie
50 Oat Bread
50 Milk
At Level 2, I was given another slot. If you look at the photo below, the bottom slot represents the actual item needed, not a slot for an item. At Level 1, you have one slot and one Showcase; at level 2, another one next to it, your second Showcase. At Level 3, I received one more slot for each of the items.
Note that the actual items the game assigns are randomly chosen and each has a different value and a different time allocated to it. On Asgard, it was Fern Flower and Apple Juice. The first was worth 10 Resort Points and the second worth 20 and the time for the second was 40 minutes where the time for the first was 20 minutes. On Harvest Moon FDC, I had Green Lettuce and Lavender Cupcake. Lavender Cupcake sale takes 3 hours to complete but it worth far more in Resort Points with a value of 90 Points.
To upgrade to Level 3 for a third slot in the initial Showcase, you will need:
50 Mocha Coffee
10 Wooden Planks
50 Whole Oat Fruit Bread
50 Pineapple Jam
To upgrade to Level 4, you will need:
50 Steak Burger
10 Wooden Panels
10 Showcase Upgrade Design (cost 1 RC each)
30 Maple Milk Tea
Until you have sold 297 products, you will not be able to add anything else or upgrade further but you will be given a second Showcase.
When you have sold a total of 297 products, a third item will be offered in a third Showcase. You will have the same number of slots for this third item as you have for the other two, so the number you can sell is based on your upgrade status here.
Now you need to sell a total of 500 products in order to obtain a fourth Showcase. The same rules apply with all the different Shops, including the Beach Souvenir Shop.
Note here that there are a number of different components to the Ocean Cafe. The first is the number of different items for sale... the second is the total number of EACH item that you can sell at any given time.
The Level of the Ocean Cafe is not the same as the Level of your Sea Resort, although it is through the Ocean Cafe that you earn the Resort Points needed to raise your Sea Resort Level.
Beach Souvenir Shop
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Initially you have a single product and a single slot. To upgrade this, you will need the following:
50 Peacock Feathers
50 Daisy Bouquets
10 Wooden Cylinders
50 Daffodil Lamps
To upgrade to the next level, you will need:
30 Old Boots
10 Wooden Planks
50 Fern Flower Lamps
50 White Rose Baskets
This upgrade will allow you to sell a total of 3 items in each Showcase in the Beach Souvenir Shop.
As with the Ocean Cafe, you need to sell a total of 297 products to unlock a 3rd Showcase and 500 to unlock the fourth and final Showcase.
The next upgrade to add more slots requires:
10 Showcase Upgrade Design (1 RC each)
20 Message in a Bottle
10 Wooden Panels
20 Glass Bottle Necklaces
This is the final upgrade at this point and allows you to sell four of any Showcase item, giving four slots in the Showcase.
As with the Ocean Cafe, the final Showcase is given when you have sold a total of 500 products.
N.B. FOR UPGRADE ITEMS SUCH AS OLD BOOT AND MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE, BUY AT THE PIER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM.
Tropical Spa Shop
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
With the 6th Expansion, you receive a new Shop in the form of the Tropical Spa Shop.
As with Ocean Cafe and the Beach Souvenir Shop, you begin with a single item and 1 Showcase.
To upgrade for a second slot in initial Showcase:
10 Clay Facial Masks
50 Linen
10 Wooden Cylinders
50 Daisy Essential Oil
To upgrade for a third slot in the initial Showcase:
20 Avocado Facial Masks
10 Wooden Planks
50 Wool Cloths
50 Lily Bouquets
To upgrade for the fourth slot in the initial Showcase:
10 Showcase Design (1 RC each)
10 Wooden Panels
20 Milk Facial Masks
50 Lavender Essential Oils
You need to complete only three orders to unlock a second showcase, 297 Orders to unlock a third showcase and 500 Orders to unlock the fourth and final Showcase.
A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE USE OF THE SEA PLANE
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Paraglider, Sea Volcano and Whale Lookout Interactions
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The Sea Plane and its uses are confusing to many players. First of all, if you do not have ANY of the Buildings in the Sea Resort that allow passengers to operate there, sending passengers to the Sea Resort HAS NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER. Thus, you need to purchase the Paraglider and/or Sea Volcano and now, Whale Lookout.
The Paraglider and Whale Lookout can be purchased for coins. The Sea Volcano needs to be purchased with RC.
There are low if any Level Requirements for the Paraglider and Sea Volcano. The Whale Lookout requires Level 4 Sea Resort. If, however, you have reached Level 4 and can purchase both the Whale Lookout and the Water Float Machine, the materials required to upgrade the Whale Lookout to maximum capacity are made in the Water Float Machine.
Total Number of Passengers in Sea Plane
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Second, the number of Passengers you load into the Plane should be based on the number of slots available in the buildings you have purchased and upgraded in the Sea Resort. In other words, if you only have the basic Paraglider with one slot, you only can use one Passenger. If you have all three slots unlocked, you can use THREE guests. If you have the Sea Volcano, the same holds true. The maximum number of Passengers that can be used AT ANY GIVEN TIME if you have not reached Level 8 expansion of the Sea Resort to be able to purchase the Hot Spring but if you have all upgrades to Paraglider, Sea Volcano and Whale Lookout is NINE.
Essentially, if you load a fully upgraded Sea Plane, any unused Guests will mill about the Sea Resort until you use them. Everything is on timers, so you have to create your own schedule to maximise the use of Guests and the ability to reload the Sea Plane at the earliest possible opportunity.
Using Passengers in Sea Resort
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Now, with the new added 1st Class Seats, you can load a total of 12 passengers into your Sea Plane if you have upgraded it fully. The problem here is that, if you have not reached Level 8 expansion, you only can use a maximum of 9 at any given time. ALL THE SEA RESORT BUILDINGS FOR PASSENGER INTERACTION ARE ON TIMERS. The timer expires after 3 hours.
If you have the Paraglider, Sea Volcano AND Whale Lookout at maximum upgrade, you can use 9 Guests from the Sea Plane at any given time. If you have 12 passengers, this leaves three without any action... unless you have reached Level 8 Resort Expansion and can purchase and upgrade the Hot Spring.
1st Class Seats v. Economy Seats
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The difference between the 1st Class Seats in the Sea Plane and the Economy Seats is timing only. Both types of Passengers perform the very same actions in the Sea Resort buildings.
For 1st Class Seats, you can make an instant appeal in Chat to have any Neighbour agree to fill the seat. For the Economy Seats, it is all timers. You have to wait for the timer for any Economy Seat to expire before the Seat will be filled. The advantage therefore of having 3 First Class Seats would be that you could send off the Sea Plane with 3 Passengers instantly to fully occupy either the Paraglider or the Sea Volcano, Whale Lookout or Hot Spring. Having 4 First Class Seats, however, may not be as useful unless you have all 8 of the Economy Seats and are at Level 8 with all four Attractions fully upgraded.
As previously indicated, the Sea Plane now is interactive and there are four Attraction buildings in the Sea Resort that use the 'guests' whom you load as passengers into the Sea Plane. Note please that EVERYTHING is on timers... so it is all very fussy in terms of obtaining maximum use from the guests and the buildings. Until you reach Level 8 in the Sea Resort, you only can purchase three of the new buildings in the form of the Paraglider, the Whale Lookout and the Sea Volcano. The usefulness of these very much depends on the number of upgrades you have made to the buildings. All upgrade requirements are given below. Furthermore, the usefulness is linked to the number of guests you have flown to the Resort at any given time in your Sea Plane.
BE AWARE THAT WITH TWO SEA RESORT BUILDINGS FULLY UPGRADED, YOU ONLY CAN USE A MAXIMUM OF SIX GUESTS AT ANY POINT IN TIME. WITH THREE BUILDINGS FULLY UPGRADED, YOU CAN USE A MAXIMUM OF NINE GUESTS AT ANY POINT IN TIME.
In other words, in my opinion, upgrading the Sea Plane to seat a total of 6 guests should be sufficient unless you are willing to use RC to purchase the Sea Volcano or are at Level 8 and have the Hot Spring.
Below, I give detailed instructions how to use the Sea Plane with the new Paraglider,Sea Volcano, Whale Lookout and Hot Spring.
The Sea Plane and new Sea Resort buildings require a number of items that are made in advanced Upgraders for the upgrades. This recent update of the game is fairly advanced for the most part. Do not be discouraged if you cannot complete the Quests or even reach the 8th Expansion of the Sea Resort! There is NO TIME LIMIT FOR ANY OF THIS!!!!

The following was copied from another post I wrote, so you may find some duplicate information!
Sea Plane
xxxxxxxxx
Your Sea Plane now is interactive. You can invite Guests to the Sea Resort and upgrade the plane to be able to accommodate more guests. Essentially, you use these Guests in the various new Buildings such as the Sea Volcano, Paraglider, Whale Lookout and Hot Spring. The Sea Volcano gives extra Power and the Paraglider gives a bonus to every Order in the Ocean Cafe. If your Paraglider is fully upgraded with three slots and is occupied by three guests, you can obtain 100% bonus on all Ocean Cafe orders. The new Whale Lookout, unlocked at Sea Resort Level 4, gives a bonus to every order in the Souvenir Shop. If fully upgraded and occupied by three Guests, you will receive 100% bonus.
N.B. Make certain that each time you send your Sea Plane to the Sea Resort, you manually ADD the Guests to each of the Buildings there for the various boosts.
Here is how it works: first, load your Sea Plane with as many guests as possible. If you have not reached Level 8 in the Sea Resort, but have reached Level 4 Sea Resort, you can use a MAXIMUM of 9 guests at any point in time. In other words, if you have upgraded your Sea Plane to 6 Economy Seats, do not worry about adding another 1st Class Seat. Simply send it off to the Sea Resort.
Buy the Paraglider. It has a coin cost. The Sea Volcano gives a MAXIMUM of 6 Power and that only if fully upgraded. It costs 16 RC. I do not find it that useful frankly.
Try to upgrade the Paraglider fully and if you do have the Sea Volcano, upgrade that fully. Fully upgraded Buildings in the Sea Resort allow you to add 3 Guests to each. Make certain you add them all at the same time to achieve maximum benefit. When the Paraglider is fully loaded with guests, you receive 100% boost on Ocean Cafe Orders. What this means is that you should try to have your Ocean Cafe fully loaded with items if you wish to achieve maximum boost.
As far as the Sea Volcano is concerned, you need to collect the Power manually from the top left of the Menu or new Guests will not generate any more Power. It, like the Paraglider is on a timer. Collect and refill with Guests whenever possible.
As previously indicated, the new Whale Lookout required Level 4 Sea Resort. It then can be purchased with coins and when fully upgraded can add 100% Boost to Resort Points in the second Resort shop, the Beach Souvenir Shop. In my view, the Whale Lookout is more important than the Sea Volcano.
How many seats in your Sea Plane can be useful therefore very much depends on your Sea Resort Level!
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE GUESTS WILL SIMPLY MILL ABOUT THE SEA RESORT DOING NOTHING UNLESS YOU MANUALLY LOAD THEM INTO THE VARIOUS BUILDINGS! WHEN ALL GUESTS HAVE BEEN UTILISED, THE SEA PLANE NEEDS TO RETURN TO BASE TO LOAD PASSENGERS FOR THE NEXT FLIGHT.
How to Activate Sea Plane and Resort Guests
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Your Econony Seats are all on individual timers. No need to activate anything as long as you have returned the Sea Plane to its landing on the Island. Your 1st Class Seats, on the other hand, will be occupied by neighbours. To bring a Neighbour into the Sea Plane, you need to 'Invite'. The invitation then will go into Chat and some one should tap on it to be able to board the Sea Plane.
Once the Sea Plane is at the Resort, you must tap on the Buildings to bring the Guests into them. Tap on each slot in the Paraglider, Sea Volcano and/or Whale Lookout to bring your Guests into action for the Boosts each Building gives.
Remember that you need to collect all Power from the Sea Volcano before any new guests will give Power. As far as the other two Attractions are concerned, you need to make certain that you have new items in every slot in your Ocean Cafe and/or Beach Souvenir Shop if you wish to achieve the Boosts from the Paraglider and the Whale Lookout. At Level 8, the Hot Spring has the same effect on the other Shop.
As soon as all Guests are active in any Building, bring your Sea Plane back to the Island to start the timers again on the Economy Seats.

Sea Resort Buildings
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
These will be found in the regular Market by tapping on the Market icon on the lower right of your screen WHEN and only when you actually are at the Resort. The Island and Resort have two different Markets. The Buildings section of the regular Sea Resort Market has four Attraction Buildings.
There is another Market in the Sea Resort in the form of the Sea Resort Holiday Retreat Building. In the first tab there, you can change the appearance of the building itself. In the second tab, you will find a Boutique Decoration Shop where you can purchase Decorations using Sea Resort points but only after you have attained MAX Level 8 at the Sea Resort.
Note that with the Paraglider activated, I received 30% extra Resort Points for each Order in the Ocean Cafe but NOT the Beach Souvenir Shop. With all three slots occupied in the Paraglider, I received 100% extra Resort Points for each Order. With the new Whale Lookout upgraded to have 3 slots, I received 100% extra Resort Points for each order in the Beach Souvenir Shop with all three slots occupied.
Note that, for the Volcano, each Visitor gives 2 Power when the timer expires.
Sea Volcano: 20 RC
Invite Visitors to the Sea Volcano to gain extra Power
Paraglider: 500000 Coins
Invite Visitors to the Paraglider to obtain additional Resort Points at the Ocean Cafe. This can be upgraded to take 3 Guests and will give from 30% bonus to 100% Bonus depending on number of Guests on board.
Whale Lookout: 750000 Coins
Unlocked at Sea Resort, Level 4
Invite Visitors to the Whale Lookout to obtain additional Resort Points at the Souvenir Shop. This can be upgraded to take 3 Guests and will give 100% bonus when you have all three Guests.

Fishery Skills
xxxxxxxxxxx
There are three different types of Fishery Skills:
Nutritional Feed
Attractive Bait
Alluring Net
Fishing Pier and Fishing College
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If you have the 8th plot in the Sea Resort, you will unlock the Fishing College.
After this is unlocked, you will be able to use a Net to catch Fish in the Fishery.
When you have unlocked the Fishing College, your Fishing Pier will become the Fishery and you will be able to use Fish Nets to fish. You can enter the Fishery both from the Fishing College and the Seaside Farm.
There is a limit to the number of fish that can be harvested daily. This is refreshed at 0 hours G.M.T. or U.T.C.
You can exchange either Rod or Net to begin fishing. Fishing Nets unlock according to the Fishing Rods that you own. The amount of fish you can harvest and the time it takes to harvest will differ according to the Net you use.
As always, the type of Fish you can harvest is linked to the Net Float or Fish Hook that you use.
Bait limit increases by 10 after you unlock the Fishing College.
