Walkthrough, now complete. I added a final strategy tip below for any player who has reached 1300 Stars but it not necessarily interested in clearing more of the Map to build the Float.
There are two ways to do this Activity really. One is to push on quickly, buying Energy and Golden Tools either in special sales offers or using your RC. The other is to go into the game repeatedly to use the Energy that accrues over time, using farm aids to trade for Energy at the Fountain and use the Energy that you find in blue Gift boxes as you go along. I only open those at the end so will give the total of all Energy on the Map then.
Note there are two Energy gauges on the top left:
Blue is permanent Energy gained through tasks, purchases, and other Rewards including Gift Boxes on the map. This Energy and Diamonds can be saved for future Treasure Islands
Green is temporary Energy that accrues every 2 minutes but cannot be used until your permanent Energy goes below 100. This is described fully in earlier Treasure Island posts.
Note that some materials are available for use in every Treasure Island and can be saved for future Islands. These include Grass, Branches, Wood and Stone. With respect to the other items like the Lilies and Milk and so on that are specific to this Island, it is best not to waste Energy collecting more than you actually can use. I believe they may be converted to Coins after the end of the Activity, but that is an expensive way to earn Coins!
Temporary Energy always is based on how far you have progressed on the current map as well as your permanent energy being at 100 or more. Do not expect to save the temporary Energy. You can use it on the Cloud Farm if you redeem it in Cinderella until the Cinderella Quest ends.
In situations where you need Star Fragments, you, unlike me, have this Walkthrough to guide you as to what materials to clear next. Once you have decided whether or not to stop at 1300 Stars, you can decide whether or not to use Energy for quest materials or find permanent materials only to gain the Star Fragments you need. There is one other reason to go as far as the room that requires a sofa repair even if you do not intend to reach the Float
Please be aware that the green temporary energy gauge below the blue permanent energy gauge only appears after you Shoo Away the Cat the second time. It begins with a limit of 100 Energy then. (Thanks to Al Quds Farm for confirming this detail.)
As you complete specific tasks, the upper limit for the temporary energy will increase. 400 is the maximum. You can convert it to permanent energy that can be used anywhere until the Cinderella Quest ends.
ONE FINAL TIP:
Even if you do not intend to carry on to the end of the map to gain the Float, I suggest it is worthwhile to go as far as the room with the sofa after building the second carriage. You will have gained 1300 Stars for the Carriage decoration. Now collect the final toy which I believe is a sailboat in a large pink bag. Return to the Trader and she will give you the Golden tool and THEN offer you either a Festive Reindeer or 1000 Energy.
This is well worth achieving.
How to maximise Energy apart from special sale offers:
You can raise the Fountain to Level 4, paying 10 then 20 diamonds to raise the Energy trade from 30 to 90 and then to Level 4 with another 30 Diamonds. This gives you the ability to trade for 200 Energy. With 300 permanent Energy, I was able to make a trade. The limit here may be 1000 unlike the 100 Energy limit for the collection of the temporary energy. I will need to confirm this. It takes 8 hours for the cooldown to another trade.
You must have your permanent Energy at 100 or above to accrue temporary energy but you only can collect it when your permanent energy dips below 100.
Strategy tip: Leave the game with energy at 100 at least. Allow the temporary bar to fill.
Reduce briefly below 100 to collect all temporary energy and trade farm aids at the fountain for another 90 Energy.
Use the Energy thus gained but makrle certain permanent Energy is at least 100 when you stop playing.
You can open gift boxes on Treasure Island, trade Diamonds for Energy, or trade RC for Diamonds, then convert to Energy if you do not wish to spend cash.
Counting total gift boxes: I opened a few by accident but I qm goinf to try to give a total for Energy anf Diamomds on both maps:
Map 1:

It was a little more for Map 2 but I had to clear a Potted Plant to reach two blue boxes.
These are totals for Energy in areas not needing Golden Tools.
I used most of the Energy in the Golden Tool areas. There were two areas unused om the sevond map as follows:
Far west, reached by a bridge, below the entrance to the last large building complex with brown tile floors:

The other is in that building complex, small chamber in northeast to the left of the room with the slipper on the floor. It required 4 sets of Golden Tools to access.

Star Fragments are an extra material that can be collected automatically when you clear objects for specific materials.
Rewards are given in the Rewards list below. The final Reward is a Wedding Cake Float for the Parade.
At 1100 Stars, receive a Parfait Machine. It uses Buffalo Milk and various fruits or sweets, making the following: Pineapple Parfait, Raspbwrry Parfait, Blueberry Jam Parfait, Chocolate Parfait, Magic Sugar Parfait, Magical Jello Parfait.
The Animal or Machines that are rewards in these Treasure Island Activities will not be featured in timed quests. The products are requested in optional tasks, such as feeding a dragilon, or gaining heart points for a doll. When farmers declare they 'need' one of these, they really do have other choices. They can simply give the dragon all the items they actually have that day or, if it is an item to gain heart points for a doll, refresh the request instead so it requires a different item. If you are the sort of farmer who must fill every request in the game, you really need to reach 1100 Stars in all of the Treasure Islands so you have your own source in the form of the special machine or animal. It can be done without paying cash, but it is labour and time intensive. Still, this is what will make you self-sufficient. You do not 'need' the final Decoration or the Float for the Parade, but you might 'need' the Animal or Machine. In this instance, it makes a variety of Parfaits.
Note that the final Reward for completing all trades with the Trader is either the Festive Reindeer or 1000 Energy. Your choice.
