Eternal Garden 

I have completed this now, including the final upgrade for the Pink Flower Boat.  Support has confirmed that, unlike the initial Anniversary Parade, where the road and floats vanished when the Activity ended, this Parade now has become a permanent feature.  Thus, if you do expend the necessary tine, funds and Energy to obtain the Pink Flower Boat, we are being assured that it will not vanish once the Activity ends.

Other Floats will be obtained with other Activities.  Each gives unique Rewards.  The Pink Flower Boat gives OP every few hours.

The Activity lasts 15 days.  Any materials from past activities that were not used will be available.

Rewards are earned by obtaining the specific Star totals.  Stars are obtained by completing the Tasks in the Eternal Garden Menu.  These will be listed below.

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL STAR REWARD TASKS AND EVERY OTHER TASK TO UNLOCK THE ABILITY TO BUILD THE PINK FLOWER BOAT.  Reaching 13000 Stars does not count.  Moreover, you must complete all of Felicia's tasks.  There are 12 after building the Garden in a Jar and then the Pink Flower Boat has four stages of building.

Warning therefore here:  Some of the Star Reward tasks have totals that can be achieved only by using the Golden Tools.  You can reach 13,000 Stars and all the Rewards given in that menu without completing all those Star tasks, but you cannot unlock the Pink Flower Boat unless you complete EVERY Star task and every task from Felicia.   I have been listing all the materials and you can see how demanding they are near the end.

Another warning: Some materials carry over to future Islands, but I doubt any of the Flower items will.  In completing the task to collect 300 Hydrangea, I collected more than I ever wpuld need, so still have 24.  It is not that significant, but be careful when you complete tasks like that.  The earlier the better I imagine so they can all be used.

After you complete ALL tasks, you will unlock the ruin next to the Crocodile to build a Pink Flower Boat for the Parade on Seaside that has four stages.    Only one float is available from this activity..

There are two different priorities here.  You can collect materials as you find them and earn Stars as you can follow Felicia's prompt tasks and complete those tasks, earning small rewards consisting of Energy.  Gift Boxes on every map contain Energy and Diamonds.

There is a Trading Energy station where you can trade farm aids for Energy.  At Level 1, 30 Energy.  Level 2 gives 60 and Level 3 gives 90.  It is time-restricted.  You either wait 4 hours or pay in Diamonds to wave the waiting period.

I am forced to open all the gift boxes without counting.  On all the areas in the East, about 500 Energy.

This has been a nightmare.  I had to open gift boxes in desperation instead of opening all at once.  So it may not be useful at all, but here is what remained on the map:
