Winter Amusement Park Quest and Snowman Souvenir Bag Mission

Note from Freyashawk:  I know every one struggles with issues, and many far more significant than a virtual contest, but this game had a system error of some kind between reset on the 12th lasting  until a couple of hours before reset on the 13th.  From reset on the 12th, no one was able to vote for my farm.  The system told farmers I had reached the daily limit.  Farners who vote for me daily sent me messages that they were unable to vote for me even when reset was only six minutes earlier.  My own screen showed maximum votes as well.  Late in the afternoon, the syatem fixed whatever had gone wrong and I saw in fact I had zero votes and my rank had dropped by 36.

I contacted Support.  I managed to receive only 49 votes after the system fixed itself from players who went into the game late and had not voted at all.  The neighbours who usually voted had been unable to do so.  As it was a system error,  I requested the votes I had lost.  I do not know what the end result will be.

In any event, I am very grateful to the neighbours who reached out to me and who sent their messages to Support as well.

I want to thank again every one who always is kind and caring through difficult times.

Again, I am not the only one who has been fighting ongoing battles with potentially fatal diseases like cancer.  I am horrified by some of the situations my neighbours have survived, and amazed by their courage and empathy towards others.

Grief and the loss of loved ones also play an increasing role in our lives, especially as we grow older.  

I also would like to ask farmers to understand how very stressful an increasingly enormous online game can be.  Do not take it personally when other farmers cannot do whatever it is you wish or demand.  An assumption of reciprocity is unfair in these circumstances.  Every one comes to a game like this with different capabilities and different priorities.  I know I am not the best neighbour or buddy if what you want most are daily visits.  Be aware always though that you obtain rewards yourself by visiting another farm.  My farm has a large quantity of the decorations that give the most valuable gift boxes so you can take one of those if you or your pet visit.  Many farms only have decorations that give purple gift boxes.  To each and from each whatever is possible is my motto.

Updating this site is my contribution.  It takes time and energy.  It provides permanent information, unlike Global Chat.  If you cannot perform this Quest now, for example, you still can access this post when the Quest goes to the Lighthouse.  Most of us are limited by our actual lives as to how much we can do in our virtual lives.  Please be kind and do not assume people are uncaring if they cannot meet your own requirements.

By the way, I refuse to use AI in any of its manifestations.  Even so, it interferes and can type something I did not intend.  I saw it had altered a task in this quest.  I fixed it now and apologise for any confusion the item that briefly was substituted for the real one may have caused.

The Winter Queen Treasure Island

As of 12 January, all three Mary Surprise Cow locations included with screenshots.  I also imcluded the lisrs of all materials needed at the end to build the Float.

The primary motivation for completion of any Treasure Island is the premium Machine or Animal offered by the Trader for those who did not obtain it in the past and the NEW Machine or Animal given with 1100 Stars.  

In this instance, the Trader offers the Parfait Machine.  If you have it, you can claim 1000 Energy instead.

The new Machine is a Candied Skewer Machine at 1100 Stars.  The translation is poor here as obviously the Machime itself is not Candied but the products are.  In any event, the products tend to be demanded nowadays, so you may consider doing the Treasure Island Activities.

Although the new Machine can be claimed at 1100 Stars' the last toy needed to claim the final Reward from the Trader usually is found on the second to the last map area.  I will confirm the location when I reach it.

Fire is made in the Fireplace using 2 Blazing Bloom and 2 Branch for each.

First Mary Surprise Cow

Task in this room is Thaw Sewing Table seen in the centre.

The first pink chest containing a Sailboat is at the very bottom right of the last area you unlock on the first map, outside the hedge' south of the Portal you need to fix before you can use it.

The second Map has the Seconf Factory in the form of the Memory Lamp that creates Warm Memories:

On 2nd Map:

2nd Mary Surprise Cow is located on the area below the Dream Carriage, in the bottom left corner of the same area as the Dreamy Tree.

On the 2nd Map, the 3rd Mary Surprise Cow is in the same chamber as the Cannon you have to thaw.  It is in the lower left corner.  Directly below it is the chamber with the Winter Crystal.

The last toy, the 2nd Sailboat, is in a pink chest in the same chamber as the Heart of Winter in the lower right.

I wish all of you the very best this life has to offer.  We connect through an online world, and I have become increasingly aware of all the burdens our neighbours are forced to bear.  Above all, please be kind in 2026.  There is so much injustice and grief in the real world and Seaside should be able to provide a little sanctuary and reapite from that.

I continue to update this site now mainly for my dear neighbours and friends and all those who find a little guide helpful.   In this past momth alone, so mamy have borne the loss of loved ones, disease, illness and other serious issues. 

The New Year should be a time of joy so let us all take a moment to bring the best we have to offer, whether in a prayer or heartfelt wish, to the 'table' of life.  May 2026 be a better year than 2025.  May our hopes not be illusions, and may there be Peace that serves justice and brings real change for the better to those who have suffered through unimaginable horrors, loss,  grief and pain.

Let us support one another even if all we can do is perform little acts or words of kindness.

I continue to update this site in the hope that it does help a few people enjoy Seaside a little more.  The game is becoming far too large.  I am ill again.   I could not even complete the recent Activity.  My game crashes almost every time I try to go to my Cloud Farm.  There is a lot of useful information on this site, but I know there are new Cloud techs and I have not been in a position to publish a post about those yet.

I want to thank all those who sent me their good wishes in the game.  It reminded me once more how much people need personal connections and sometimes a little lifeline.  May we stand together at least in friendship.  A kind word is worth a great deal and for all those who feel alone or abandoned for whatever reason, it can make all the difference in the world sometimes.
