This is a 12 day extravaganza of some sort. Tap on the Activity Stage to see the full menu.
Please be aware that many of the Rewards are temporary items. The parade items march up and down the new paved road but they will not be permanent additions to the farm. I think they will be converted to coins or farm aids when the event ends.
The first thing here is yet another Daily Log In! You now must remember two log in icons.
The icons in the Anniversary Menu are:
Sign In:
This is another Daily Log In that gives fireworks alternating with Anniversary Badges for the most part.
Lucky Draw:
This is where you use Anniversary Badges. It is random and each spin takes 1 Badge. As with the regular wheel, you can opt to use multiple Badges for a spin to collect 10 rewards. I caution against it. I lost the 10 Badges and received nothing. Support has not even responded yet. As 1 Badge costs 5 RC, they are costly. It means I lost the equivalent of 50 RC!!!
This really is where all the action occurs. You can win farm aids, furniture for Darryl's House, fireworks, Anniversary Parade Rewards, Avatar Frames, Avatars, Animated Decoration, Decoration, Limited Edition Game Merchandise.
What seems really unfair is that the items on the Wheel are not removed when you win them, so you can win the same item again only to be told you already have it!!! Any duplicate reward, however, is converted into Shards that can be used in the shop.
Anniversary Missions:
This is where you earn Anniversary Badges but only a few of the tasks give them as rewards. The Daily Tasks expire and change at reset, by the way.
For example, today the tasks were:
1. Complete 3 Orders on the Order Board: 25 OP, 2 fireworks
N.B. as I had done this for the Season Pass, I had to pay to refresh the Order Board
2. Harvest 60 Crops: 1 Anniversary Badge, 5 Petrol
3. Use 5 Fertilisers/Watering Cans: 3 Power, 2 Fireworks
4. Fish 3 times: 5 green mystrons, 2 fireworks
N.B. only manual casting counts
5. Use 1 fireworks: 1 badge, 25 op
6. Visit 10 neighbours: 3 Yellow Mystrons. 1 fireworks
N.B. only Manual Visits count
As with the Season Pass, there is a second tab with 'continuous' tasks:
1. Claim 10 sign in Rewards: 3 badges, 8 fireworks
2. Complete 30 Orders: 3 Badges, 8 fireworks
3. Harvest 600 Crops: 3 Badges, 8 Fireworks
4. Use 50 Fertilisers/Watering Cans: 3 Badges, 8 Fireworks
5. Fish 30 times: 3 abadges, 8 Fireworks
6. Use 30 fireworks: 3 Badges, 8 fireworks
Visit 100 neighbours: 3 Badges, 8 fireworks
At the bottom right of the Lucky Draw Menu is the Badge Shard Shop. Here you can use Shards to buy Items that can be won in the Draw. Shards can be obtained as rewards in the Lucky Draw or you can purchase RC and they will be a bonus.
Note that actual Anniversary Badges can be purchased with RC or purchased for cash in special sales that show up on the left side of the Stage Menu.
Gift Pack:
This just takes you to the sales in the same way as the icon on the top right of the screen
Collection Machine:
This just tajes you to the current Collection Mission with the Anniversary Hot Air Balloon Decoration as its final reward.
Themed Scene:
This just takes you to the Theme tab in the Market
Memories:
This just takes you to a screen where you can see a little 'journey' of your farm gameplay over the years.
Thus, the main actions are to obtain Badges to spin the Wheel and Shards to purchase rewards in the Shard Shop.
