Oktoberfest Time-Restricted Quests

The theme of the new time-limited Quest sequence is the Oktoberfest.  As usual, there are two different activities or quest types that are executed in tandem.  The first involves an item that is obtained randomly from Harvests and which can be redeemed for four different Rewards.  The second is a traditional sequence of Quests entitled Oktoberfest.

For the Reward Items, you must erect a Tent or Marquee on your FArm, then collect Gingerbread Hearts randomly from Crops, Trees, Animals and Machines in order to redeem the following Prizes:

Thunderstorm
Oganic Fertiliser

The actual building can be 'upgraded' to 'improve your luck'.  To upgrade it, you will need Rope, which as you see is a Reward but which can be purchased for 1 RC if desired and Steel Pipes, which can be requested from Neighbours or purchased for 1 RC each.  The Marquee can be upgraded to Level 5.  For each successive Upgrade, you will need a greater number of Ropes and Steel Pipes.
