Remember that the same Energy is used both in the Treasure Island and Cloud Farm. You can collect from the Cloud Fountain to use in Treasure Island so look at the Fountain periodically if you have unlocked and upgraded it.
As usual, the final Reward is a Float: Champion Float giving 25 OP every four hours if you place it in your Parade.
The Reward you will need in the future is the Bubble Waffle Machine. You receive that with 1100 Stars. There are two Rewards in the form of decorations, two Avatars and one Avatar Frame.
The Bubble Waffle Machine is a two ingredient amachine that always requires an Egg. The Bubble Waffles is makes are:

Sweet Potato
Lychee
Mint
Caramel Macaron
Magical Jello
From the list, you can see that two require regular Seaside Crops, one requires an Island Crop, one a Coin Tree, another a Premium Tree and finally the Caramel Macaron Bubble Waffle requires a product from another machine.
Trader gives either Cotton Candy Machine or 1000 Energy when all toys have been traded.
As you can see, the Cotton Candy Machine was a reward in one of last year's Treasure Islands.
I do not know if a post really is needed. All the Treasure Island Activities follow the same rules. I have written detailed Walkthroughs for others.
Why I doubt the real usefulness of any Walkthrough now is the addition of the need for huge quantities of the item that is produced when you clear any object. So your best strategy now may be to clear everything in sight whether simply for the material or for the Morning Glories.
A neighbour asked for the locations of the three Mary Surprise Cows. They are included in this walkthrough but you cannot reach them ever if you cannot see them on your Map. So you need to be close to claim them!
Here is another issue. Of course, they have cash sales that give materials but you need to clear items yourself for the Star Rewards. So better to do that.

N.B. All rhe 'special' cash sales they are offering me now near the end of this Marathon give Energy and Marathon Flags. One item you can make yourself in large quantities in advance is the Marathon Flag if you used the dynamite for 30 Diamonds on the large group of Colourful Flags. Just keep loading the slots to make them. Also you need to clear Grass and Bushes for Star Rewards.
