1.  A third floor added to Darryl's House with new furnishings involving Pets qnd Neighbours.

3rd Floor of Darryl's House

Room 1:

Have 150 House Points

Save and use 100000 Coins to unlock area

Use 30 Candy Cane Marshmallows

Room 2:

Have 200 House Points

Save and use 120000 Coins

Use 30 Mushroom Risotto

Room 3:

Have 300 House Points

Save and use 130000 Coins

Use 30 Strawberry Parfait

Room 4:

Have 500 House Points

Save and use 150000 Coins

Use 30 Flower Tea with Cookies

2.  New furnishings:

Place and tap on it for a Menu:

1.  1% bonus to Pet Stamina limit

2. 2% bonus to Pet Stamina Limit

3.  3% bonus to Pet Stamina Limit

4. 5% bonus to Pet Stamina Limit

5. When in use: 20% bonus to number of Pet Cookies

  When owned:  a 10% bonus to Pet Speed in Jungle Expedition

6.  When in use: 10% bonus to Pet Stamina Limit

  When owned: 20% bonus to number of Pet Cookies

Place an idle pet in this pen to obtain 'a surprise Reward'

The higher your furnishing level, the better the chance of obtaining:

When placed in Darryl's House, you can send 2 items daily to friend or buddy

At first I thought the items were decorations for Darryl's House but they are nothing more than icons.  It is a long, arduous business, requiring 30 to 200 gifts to get the reward associated with the icon

When you have sent 60, it appears you get a Pet Card.  The Pet type will rotate over time.
