New Candy Machine and Deer Coop Upgraders

The most recent upgrade gives players two new Upgraders with Gadgets, as well as a new Attraction in the Sea Resort with a new Shop.

Sea Resort:

Snack Shop: 1000000 Coins
  This is another shop that gives Resort Points when orders are filled.

Water Slide: 1000000 Coins
  This is a new Attraction that is linked to the Snack Shop.  Ironically, if you have reached Level 8 but not Level 9, you can purchase the Snack Shop but will not be able to unlock the Water Slide until you reach Level 9.... this system mirrors other upgrades in the Sea Resort actually.

  Deer Doll Gadget: 300 Blue Mystrons
    Level 5: To produce Deer Doll by chance only when Batch Production not in use

  Venison Steak Container: 500 Red Mystrons
    Level 2.  Add and collect 1 more product
