Easter at the Seaside

ALTHOUGH THIS POST WILL REMAIN, I HAVE CREATED A SEPARATE PAGE FOR THE EASTER QUESTS.  LINKS TO ALL PAGES CAN BE FOUND AS TABS ABOVE ANY POST.

On 2 April, (better late than never, although the Orthodox Christians still are awaiting Easter), a couple of new options for Easter were added to Family Farm Seaside, along with a required app update that fixed some of the annoying glitches many of us have encountered in our gameplay.

The first of these is similar to the Eggs collected randomly from Crops and Trees in the regular Family Farm game.  Instead of Eggs, one collects Rabbits of four different colours randomly by harvesting specific items:

White Rabbits are obtained from White Chocolate Trees
The total number needed is 10.
   Skip for 30 RC.

Purple Rabbits are obtained from Grape Jam
The total number needed is 30.
  Skip for 30 RC

Pink Rabbits are obtained from Love Cakes
The total number needed is 20.
  Skip for 40 RC.

Green Rabbits are obtained from Cucumbers.
The total number needed is 40.
  Skip for 40 RC.

The clock is running.  One has 12 days to find the necessary totals of all four colours to obtain special rewards.

Note that the requirements are based on the length of time it takes to grow the item.  Cucumbers only take 2 hours to ripen which is why the requirement for Green Rabbits is the highest.

As always, a Farmer can wait until the Crop or Fruit ripens naturally or use Watering Cans and Fertiliser to speed the process.  One can circumvent the process by purchasing the total number of Rabbits for any colour using RC, but the Rabbits appear more frequently than their Egg equivalent in the regular Family Farm, so it should be possible to achieve the requirements fairly easily.

The Rabbits will pop out of the Crops randomly.  When you have completed all four collections, a box will appear on the Rabbit screen that will allow you to Redeem your reward.  The rewards are two: an Easter Chocolate Bunny that is a Decoration and a Mango Tree.  The latter is a Tree that ordinarily must be purchased with premium Cash.

The little Chocolate Bunny is very cute, but I would have loved to have been able to receive the same sort of Easter Rabbit that was available in the regular Family Farm.  THAT Rabbit produced Chocolate Eggs when fed Carrots!

Incidentally, completion of this Quest ends it permanently.  One cannot start again.  The little White Bunny icon on the top right corner of the screen becomes a dead link.

At the same time, a new Easter Quest sequence has appeared in the top left corner above the two regular Quest sequence icons.
